Continue to fade LAL

Tempting to slam Memphis. Only thing that stops me is LAL sweeping them LY. Thoughts?

 Memphis played a barnburner fast paced game last night against the Clips.  They will be some fatigue factor and also some contentment winning the first game in L.A. Lakers will be focused on this game to not fall to 0-3 to start the season.  So expect the Lakers come out and take it the Grizz. Memphis 2-7 ATS in the 9 games at L.A. lakers so this is a very tough spot for them. Give me the Lake show -5 for a comfortable win.

Thanks for responding bro. I think I need to see them win a game before taking them. While LAL will be focused, Memphis did sweep them LY. I think Memphis will make a push in this game. I’m still undecided. 

I’m leaning lakers for the win in this one. I believe they figured something out at the end of that Suns game. 

Lakers will not lose 3 straight at home. The freaking league will not let that happens. Watch the zebras will call all the fouls on Memphis

A big part of Memphis’s game is in the paint, and Lakers have the defense to shut that down..have to take LA here 

looks so tempting to take memphis with the points..what possible reason do we have to believe the lakers have found a remedy to their "fit/chemistry" problems within 48 hours??would be totally on hope and faith..its possible cos they do have great players individually but i gotta see some signs first..alot of the public will probably be roped in,thinking "no way lakers can keep on losing with all this all-star talent"..but i like the grizzlies to compete hard.they take on the personality of morant who aint scared of anybody and they are a very young squad so i dont think fatigue will be a factor at all just one week into the season.

It blows my mind that nerds on here still think these games are real... If they were real, the Lakers would easily go 98 - 0... The only team that would have a chance to beat them would be the Nets with Irving playing 

my feelings exactly. I think I’m going to bite on Memphis. Hope it goes to 5.5.

 You literally echo my sentiments on this LAL squad.  Haven't shown me nada to back them.  Told my closest homies to fade them first month because they looked absolutely abysmal during the preseason.  IMO adding westBRICK hurt them until he learns to assimilate not being the first nor second scoring option.

Feels like they're due because "they gotta win eventually" but hindsight is 20/20 and a penny saved is is penny earned.

If I lose, so be it. Lakers have to prove it to me. Dysfunctional bunch, which is expected on the court for the first few weeks. Good luck gentlemen on whatever you play.

I like what I see so far. Memphis has a shot in this game IMO. 

hahahaha...regardless of what happens to his team this season he aint going anywhere at all...all his business interests are located in this locale and he is under a rather large contract and can attract more good talent there than many other places...no chance in he.ll he wants the drama of tryna force his way out at this late stage in his career.would be completely pointless..if he cant win with this squad there isnt much chance he wins anywhere else...unless he goes to the nets of course.

Melo with some production off the bench. Ja on the court the entire 1Q. They will need him to stay on the court to have a chance. He goes to the bench and I think LAL will pull away.
