What are the perks of working for covers. Do you get free picks?

 Definitely just talking sports all day. Although work does get done here.

I have access to picks, but more often than not there are picks on both sides.

How often do the favorites win the spread?

 going to need some context here. All sports all time? NFL last 2 years? NBA?

Can we get an ignore button under posters names, so if they come into your thread just to try to rock the boat, you can hit ignore and you won’t see their posts on your thread

 Once a game starts, the game matchup is nowhere to be found as pregame. So if I want to do a halftime bet, I like to go back to the matchup and look at stats and anomolies.

 There is a way to do this although it is not ideal. If you open the boxscore of the game you are interested in, and change the URL from boxscore to matchup you can revert to the pregame matchup page.

Taking this idea a little further, how about having the ability to block obvious trolls and negative karma people within your own thread and preventing them to post at all within your own threads.

The ignore idea is great for an entire site function so that you won't ever have to see a certain person's continuous posts of nonsense, regardless of which thread and forum you're browsing.

 When we click on forum/nhl or any, can we get the newest posts first and in order by time. Seems like they are all mixed up dates and times?

 They will always sort by activity, so most recent comments move threads to the top. Some filtering/sorting options will be implemented in the future, in due time.

Does covers hedge out on streak survivor ? 
For example if someone is going for 25 wins , do you guys bet the opposite pick

 for months now I'm unable to read anything in my inbox. when I go to my in box screen the top 3rd (the new messages) are all covered by a menu bar that won't go away, making it impossible to read any new messages.

I'm on a samsung device, and Google chrome

 No, we do not hedge, I could be wrong but I believe the prizes are insured, Similar to a hole in one prize at a golf tournament
