The government will apply contingencies to the Boeing funds, so I expect that dividends will be suspended pretty quickly. Considering that Boeing builds most of our military planes, it leaves zero doubt they will get the 60B they asked for.

The thing I agree with is that this will not end until the vaccine is produced so that everyone on the globe can be protected. The three "waves" you speak of is common sense thinking. Whenever the government lifts the bans and opens up the country another wave of cases is only logical expectation. In theory, the number of cases will decline with each wave....but only if social distancing becomes a way of life for the next year.

South Korea knows how to treat Covid-19 with just plain ole oxygen like every hospital in the world and has the lowest death rate of virtually anyone.

Not all cases will survive just because of oxygen or any other drug. At some point with proper treatment Covid-19 will approach just a standard cold death rate of .1%
