Leaning both dogs. PBA and every other Filipino Leagues almost always see the dogs, if not winning straight up, covering.

Only problem with the PBA is you would never know in advance who’s in and who’s out. 

 

Having an insider in this league is very profitable. ??

Read online sites, twitter and the news paper. They are all there. Watch the pregame too before wagering.

you can tell if something's up with the line movement.
