New thread for Local Hoops in the Philippines. This thread will be covering the March 12, 2011 Saturday, Philippine Basketball Association.

gilas looks good
smb has lot of adjustments with the new guys and import just on the second game
besides smb the lowest ats win since ato agustin become coach.
 if my memory serves me right i think  since ato become coach smb got only 2 ats win last season ist against air in their first meeting as a 7 point fave and second meeting with tnt as a 2.5 fave .this season smb 0-3 ats.
for whatever reason it might be. the lesson here is since agustin become coach of smb the wrong ats side is smb in 90% of games.
so in smb games either play against  smb or pass but drink smb to enjoy the game.
remember san sebastian last season the almost all games no cover by the stags.who was the coach .he he he

SSC was 4-11 (regular season) with Agustin
SMB was 4-10 (regular season) with Agustin

That's a combined 8-21 ATS on good teams he coached.

over is a good play since gilas are shooters and smb has the offensive power

my line is smart +4.0   why are they underdog?? they are on a 3-0 (2-1 ats) start and with an 6'10" marcus douthit while smb 1-2 (0-3 ats). and also to consider, smart is 2-0 ats as underdog.   something fishy to this line, money is begging us to take smart gilas.


your picks guys?? any thoughts?

im leaning smb before the line went out but laying -4.0 is a bit too much unless douthit is out hehehe he's an intimidator in the paint with his size and getting rebounds after rebounds

smb considered as a title contender .you cant make a title contender dog to a young team after only 3 games
