As mentioned, I did not count the moneyline partial unit loss on my record (but do count in my +/- unit total), I will also be dropping the push.
I pushed the new york bet yesterday because I sell points. For me, over the course of a season, the 5-25 pt difference in a bet by selling adds up to a substantial amount more profit in the end. So far this season, I am still up .4u on buy/selling points, which doesn't include selling all the way down to moneyline, which would obviously be huge profits. Any questions, just ask.
Today's plays;
miami -4 @ minny (1.25u, -102)
Very little on the board that I like, but this one stood out. Miami has looked really good and it sounds like dwade will play. I have been impressed with minny, but think they are in another tier to the heat. Miami has a knack for beating teams that they should and losing to teams they should. I also like that bosh is always motivated to play against KG. The heat have one of the best starting lineups in the entire league and I think they will put this one away early.
That's it for now. I can't quite wrap my head around the okc/chicago game, but may add a play on chicago and/or the under. Weird line there....
Good luck,
CT

Canadian, keep up to good work! I've got a question, how much do
you bet per unit ? I'm new to the money management and trying to
keep a play a day. Thanks
I do $100 per unit. I started with a bankroll of about $2500 (aim for 3-5% of bankroll per unit, 5% being pretty aggressive). If you are doing a single play per day, 5% should be okay, if you are doing multiple plays, then definitely move that down to 3% or even less.
I also start the season at 1.25 and on bad streaks and around all star break I move it down to 1unit per play or less (I know I am traditionally bad at these times).
This is general info, if you want a more detailed break down, or personal advice (there are always exceptions) please feel free to PM me.
