Looks like another 3-2 matchup with Timberwolves and the Defending champs ahead by a game. Momentum is on the Nuggets at this point I have been on the right side all 5 games prior. Denver has figured out how to play Ant and Gobert. Ktown is doing to much and can not keep up with the Nuggets defense. Gordon has caused havoc defensively all series and we know what to expect out of Jokic and Murray.
With that being said, I don't think this is a traditional home and away win series for the either team. Both average road teams with a advantage to Minny regular season. Game 7 is the ultimate goal for the NBA to bring in those dollars, but in the end its the team that wants it most. What I see is what I will wager tonight, and I see a Nuggets team with momentum, grit and know how to finish things off. Minny has done well and should be applauded, but Gobert taking that game off did not help. Minny has to play a perfect scoring and defensive game tonight. I don't see it happening. Defensive adjustments have strangled the offense for the Timberwolves. I did not see any significant adjustments by Nori that was game changing. That scrappy defense we saw in game 1 and 2 is nonexistent that was compared to Spurs and Pistons back in the 90s lol. Denver will have their way tonight with the ultimate goal of repeating.\/
