I've been one of the biggest Heat supporters on this forum (BEFORE the playoffs, not the bandwagoners on them no) but DRose deserved the MVP 100%. You have to keep in mind it's a REGULAR SEASON AWARD.
He lead the Bulls to more wins than the Heat, and had a worse supporting cast than Lebron did. Lebron is the better player, but Rose deserved the MVP this year. Case closed.
100% agree

gotta agree with rangerz. First off, you got wade+bosh. Both who were the leaders of their own team, and then you have lebron who was the leader of his team. Heats supporting cast is much much talented than Roses. But if you check out roses reg season stats + playoff stats from his previous years and see how much he has improved in all categories from three point precentage, field goal percentage, etc. You'll see he deserved that award. And he ain't even in his prime yet, hes just getting better each year and hes still very young and learning.

your full of shit rose's FG% has dropped significantly this season
year 1 rose fg 47%
year 2 fg 49%
year 3 (this year) 44% (playoffs : 41%)
HAVING SAID THAT "ROSE CANT SHOOT FOR SHIT" JUST CHECK OUT MY THREAD
however he did indeed deserve his regular season mvp and im a heat supporter, he carried his team to the best record therefore he was the most valuable to his team
in terms of best players in the nba he aint on the same level as : LBJ.kobe,wade.durant.dirk,howard
hes on the next level with CP3 and d-will

It's funny that after a couple below par games, people are saying the guy shouldn't have been the regular season MVP.
At the end of the regular season (when the award was voted on) Rose was the CLEAR consensus choice to win the award and less than 5% of people would have argued with that.
Funny how a player can go from one point to another after a couple games.

im totally agree to the title of the thread. coz i compare lebron to drose. when lebron is in cleveland hes the only one that carry the cavs to the 2007 finals. he carry the cavs for the 2 consecutive best record in the nba but lost to magic and celtics. imagine if lebron have supporting cast like drose now. lebron can win multiple champions ship ring in cleveland.
compare what lebron did when he is in cleveland to what drose did this season. compare also the roster of cleveland b4 to roster of chicago now. if you cant get my point ur fucking stupid.

LBJ , 7th yr pro, 6-8 , 250lbs
Rose , 2nd yr pro, 6-3, 190lbs
whatelse u want to know more?
Miami reg season 58-24 , Chicago reg season 62-20
Don't u think LBJ with Wade & Bosh should have a better winning record? The reg season MVP is Rose. Plain & simple !
