20 better players......yes.......these are 20 better players than Kobe......last season Kobe was fantastic I agree, a true MVP season....then the Celtics came and thumped him. He lay down like a dog on a hot sunday afternnon....

Being a Bostonian and Celtic's fan, needless to say I don't care much for the rival Fakers, and since Kobe's extra marrital affair I don't care much for him primarily because of all the kids that look up to and idolize him that he let down, not to mention his wife (family).
 
As an NBA star, where the world is constantly watching you I hold you to a higher standard, kind of like politicians who are rarely corrupt
 
As much as I don't care for Kobe & the Fakers, I always try to keep it real.  Kobe is one of the greatest all around hoop players of all-time and is the best offensive player in the game today.  He has and makes multi-millions of dollars and will not lose a wink of sleep over what any of us common folk write about here against him.  Thus, the more we write against him, the more we make him smile and laugh at us who will never see in a lifetime what he lives in a day.  Simply put, I just tip my cap to the guy for his athletic ability and enjoy watching him on the court.  Beyond that, whether he does ads, interviews, etc. I totally ignore him.  Why bring him any more attention like this, and not just ignore him as I don't think you can take him down 
 
There can be no greater joy for a C's  fan then to watch the C's destroy the Fakers in a championship game 7 as was the result in the final game of last year.  I have no doubt that that blowout left a humongous bad taste in the off-season in Kobe's and the Fakers' mouths which is why they only have 10 losses all season and seem to be on a mission.  I wouldn't mind seeing someone knock that smug grin off his face, but I typically keep those feelings to myself and respectfully suggest you do the same.  Why give him any more fuel to soar than he already has?

Goat =Greatest Of All Time.  Kobe's life out the lines doesn't have anything to do with his basketball skills.  All those other players had skeletons in their closets. Jordan, degenerate gambler, Chamberlain, womanizer, Barkley, drunkard, gambler and Malone, dead beat dad.  Those players were not exposed or broken down by so many different types of media.  MJ was so protected by NBC and the corporate world, you were shot down if anything bad was written about him.  "I wanna be like Mike" He made white suburban kids forget about L.Bird, he was corporate brand that was built up to be a god.

dr. j better than kobe? maybe a better dunker and that's about it! the only players on your list that you can argue maybe i say maybe might be better than kobe is magic,bird, jordan,olajuwon and oscar robertson. all the rest are below kobe. shaq and wilt the stilt were dominate because of their size but they had weaknesses like free throw shooting and their outside shot. kobe has no weaknesses at all!!! lebron's outside shot is still inconsistent and until he gets that down he'll still be below kobe! you must be smoking crack if you think there's 20 better players all-time than kobe. kobe is top 5 without a doubt! might be the best by the time he calls it quits! will need to win a couple more rings to overtake jordan but its possible.
