Does Vegas have the line on next years futures odds?

Why tie up funds for a full year, on a +250 bet?

That's not to say that Miami isn't a good pick to win the whole thing again next year, but there are literally a TON of variables to consider between now and the start of next season.  Trades, injuries, etc are all going to influence these future bets.  And honestly, I can't see the line dipping any lower than +250 for a while, so what's the rush?

Why not wait until the playoffs when they are down 2-1 in a series and the odds go up higher?

Yeah that's what I thought this year and it backfired. The line was never +250 at any point this season and I put it off all year waiting for a better line until I got cold feet after Bosh got hurt.. cost myself money. I'm confident they will win again so I will do it early and not be able to second guess myself.
