good god theres some world-class imbeciles in these forums...how many people on the damn planet, nearly 7 billion???and this dude by all accounts is the 2nd best player in the entire sport of basketball on the face of said planet....and ya got this absolute brain-dead douche-bag calling him over-rated and calling for his retirement.
im ashamed of myself 4 even responding to such moronic idiocy but its just irritating when people get so emotionally invested in their "losing" bets that they spout such garbage if things dont go their way.
let me guess, all these dudes are the same ones calling lebron james over-rated and a choker 4 the past few years till he made y'all look as stupid as you actually are......how bout this 4 a novel idea, see things for what they are instead of being completely over-reactive and jumping on every bandwagon at the drop of a hat.cos i know thats exactly the type that you are if you get on board with junk like this..."oh this guy sucks"..."oh this guys over-rated"..."oh this guy has no heart".
as previously mentioned, being heavily guarded by the leagues grimiest, most suffocating defense whilst your team-mates show themselves incapable of stepping up to the level required to support you are a rather specific set of extenuating circumstances wouldnt you all agree??..not sure if you guys ever played basketball but it aint much fun being given double and triple team coverage.......NO MATTER HOW GOOD YOU ARE.and despite this the dude kept them in most games in the series till the waning moments versus a fully healthy squad at the peak of their powers playing with great confidence and battle-tested after the 1st round skirmish with the clippers.
but i guess its a fruitless pursuit tryna explain this to people,as also mentioned, who are incapable of even stringing a coherent sentence together.
by the way kevin durant is nowhere even close to one of my favourite players, wouldnt even be in my top 25 of guys i like to watch.....but facts is facts.the guy is insanely talented.its just not his time yet.on the positive side he will be totally stoked as he recently complained about coming in second all the time throughout his life.well at least he wont have to worry about that now

Hes playing every minute of every game, in a situation (w/o westbrook) that he hasnt had enough time to adjust for. Not to mention hes playing against THE BEST DEFENSE IN THE LEAGUE. And they were close in every single game. Give the guy a break
completely agree. i'd take durantula on my team every day.
