Tyson Chandler's hyperextended knee will likely keep him out of Wednesday's game against the Pacers.
Hilton Armstrong is expected to start in his place tonight, while Melvin Ely should also get some decent run tonight. Armstrong is worth a short-term pickup until Chnadler recovers.

NEW ORLEANS -- Hornets point guard Chris Paul, who has missed two games with a sprained right ankle, should return tonight when New Orleans plays the Indiana Pacers as 7-point home favorites.

A team spokesman said Paul, who had been listed as day to day, was inserted in the lineup after a team shootaround Wednesday morning. Paul is averaging 19.5 points and 10.8 assists through 10 games this season. The Hornets are 8-2 when he has played, 1-1 when he hasn't.

Hornets center Tyson Chandler will miss the Pacers game after hyperextending his right knee during the second quarter of Monday night's loss to Orlando. Chandler, averaging 10.8 points and 11.3 rebounds, remains day to day.
