Congrats, LC. The Dubs keeping out Bogut and Iggi out was very strange. I think Kerr knew they were likely gonna lose this game and didn't want to risk those guys (it also gives his team a built in excuse for losing). It will be interesting to see if the Thunder get on a roll now or if they pull the trigger on that trade.

I can see the dubs winning this, though I wouldn't bet on it. This reminds me of Spurs vs Warriors, last year. Warriors could never beat them no matter what the circumstances (the common thread being, both the dubs last year and OKC have crappy coaches that can't adjust). Kerr might want to keep the psychological advantage/edge he has over OKC. I'd love to see them spank the Thunder again. I can't stand the team (a bunch of chuckers), the coach (an idiot if I ever saw one) or the management that let's him coach that talented roster.

When every other team had a training camp and many practices over the off-season, OKC had theirs with Durant and Westbrook out with injuries. That 6 day rest did them wonders as they could finally get some practices in as a complete team. There defense still needs work but they are moving in the right direction. I'm looking forward to them having another week off during the all star break. Season is just starting folks
As for Golden State, their recent blowouts have been against the Heat, Jazz,
Cavs with no Lebron, Pacers, Raptors playing their 5th straight road game, and
the 76ers. Before that they failed to cover against the Clippers, Lakers,
Grizzlies and Pelicans. The Warriors are a great team, but they got a reality check that they aren't the only powerhouse in the West last night and they'll get another tonight when Houston does the same thing to them.
Post #42 for more on why I love Houston tonight.

LC were you playing a bounce back angle a couple of weeks back on teams playing b2b against each other after a loss. Especially when the team was a favourite that lost first match

I don't recall but I like the Nets tonight. Paul Piece dissing his former team really lit a fire under their fools last night
