NBA ATS 17/18: 11-11-2 -1.1 units

Finally back at 50% since rough start of the season. My capping is in good shape right now and I start to realize which angles will work this season more than the others. Rich schedule tonight and I like it very much. Three of the earlier games are on my radar... maybe I will bet all three of them cause will be tough task to decide which one to eliminate. The bets will be posted as soon as I place them. BOL

Clippers underperform badly recently. They are on 8-game losing streak. This team is way worse than last season but they are not so much bad to get such streaks. Porzingis/Kanger combo which I really love is the main weapon for Knicks organization right now. I think Clippers big duo match well against them which is good for me. Nobody like to take road teams on bad streaks but they tend to show up after many losses in a row. Since 1999 road favorites or 14-pt or less underdogs after 8 consecutive losses (Clippers) are 177-113-2 ATS (61.0%). Chasing Clippers in the next games will be good cause sportbooks will start to underestimate them after such poor perfommances. I think Los Angeles streak is done tonight and they will get the W here.

Joel Embiid is only questionable and the line dropped by 2.5 points. That’s huge for only “questionable” status. But I don’t care about that injury at all. I think Jazz will lose this game with or without Embiid in the Sixers roster. Utah fit in one of my very rare fade situations tonight. Since 1995 in regular season games road underdogs with worse winning percentage than their opponents after 34 or more points blowout win (Jazz blown out Magic at road with 40 points two days ago) are 3-32 SU and 6-28-1 ATS with avg line 6.6. Favorites outscored underdogs by 12.5 ppg in these 35 games. Utah are 1-6 road team and I don’t trust such teams after big wins.  If the win was with 40 or more points the numbers are 0-13 SU and 1-12 ATS. I was ready to lay 7 points two hours ago. Will take 4.5 as a gift despite Embiid status.

Joel Embiid (left knee soreness) said he should be "fine" for Monday's game vs. Utah.

He's considered a game-time call, but Embiid said "the decision is on me" in regards to playing. This means owners can tentatively pencil him into lineups, but a final call won't be made until he warms up. If he decides to sit, Richaun Holmes (illness), Amir Johnson, Dario Saric and Jahlil Okafor would all be candidates to see more minutes.

Sportbooks made mistake by reducing the line. One of my local sportbooks still have it on - 4.5. They are so slow sometimes

First time this season I get so sharp lines. So far I almost all of the time were behind with my lines.

Spurs ML is a lock tonight, bet the house on it. Atlanta has not won in San Antonio since 1997. I do not see that trend ending tonight.

John Wall will play tonight... yes! Now I can lay such a small chalk on the home team. Yesterday I watched Wizards at Raptors.  Don’t like what I saw if I have to be honest. Washington play really soft recently. They don’t foul and recieve easy baskets all the time. They don’t block, don’t steal. Their steals+blocks comibined are 8 in yesteday’s game. That’s veyr poor number according to my statistics. Otto Porter isn’t 100% with some swollen hand. Most of their starters reached 35 minutes yesterday and that will have some impact against young running team like Bucks.  I have one great defensive trend that support the home side but it can’t be revealed.
