Rockets are 8-0 SU winning streak in First Half against Trailblazers. Portland struggles a lot against Houston in First Half last years I never bet on just one half of the game but maybe tonight is a good spot for that And they probably will be dogs like 1.5 - 2 which is better for me.

I found one great trend!

Rockets are 4-5 SU at road in First Half this season. Rockets are 19-24-1 at road in First Half last season.
Trailblazers are 5-6 SU at home in First Half this season. Trailblazers are 19-22 SU at home in First Half this season.
I haven't got ATS results on first halves (no 1H lines in my database) but i'm sure that the numbers will be way better in favor to Houston.... I can't see any home advantage for Portland this and last year in the first half of the games
So we have:
1) Huge trend from previous post. 2) This trend 3) Houston which sometimes play huge blowout first halves of their games and then slower and scoreless second halves. 4) Portland which are opposite. Slow first halves and then big comebacks at the end of the game in front of their home fans... just like GSW.
3 and 4 are my own observations about games i watched of this teams.
All four points =
Rockets + points to win First Half

More trends:

prestige33 I really don't thrust on PPG statistics for Totals and ATS spreads because:
Example
1st game: Team A scores 60 points in first half against weak defense of Sixers 2nd game: Team A scores 60 points in first half against weak defense of Bucks 3 rd game: Team A scores 39 points in first half against best defense of Indiana
After three games Team A is 53 PPG but is that mean that in 4th game you will put this 53 for sure on good defense team like Grizzlies at road for example ?
In some cases like: Rockets are 8-0 SU winning streak in First Half against Trailblazers this PPG numbers in favor to Portland are just a letters on paper. I have good feeling about this one. It's TNT thursday and this is one of the best spots to fade the logic and public today and look for both dogs. Portland is one of the hottest teams in NBA but if i have to be honest i don't think they have any chance to finish on 1st or 2nd place in the conference... their bad games and future losses will come... soon They are just like GSW... good starting roster and not so good bench. If someone of their starters suffers an injury (i hope that won't happen) you will see that this team will start struggling.
GL to you too

But now they are gold at home. Under in Portland are money when they are healthy. This trend it's very good right now. They will try to stop HOU offense. I'll see max 106-108 points in this one

They are gold but their only two losses this seasons were against one of their most inconvenient opponents in the west: Houston and Dallas. Sometimes you just have opponent that you cannot matchup well and this losing streaks continues for years before they are broken... like Memphis/GSW, LAL/MIN. We don't have losing streak for POR here but i watched last 5-6 games between these opponents and all of the games were very close and in more of than Rockets dominates. This is close to OT game and points here are blessing. We also will have RLM on both games tonight which usually is bad sign for the public on TNT thursdays

Memphis are 2-6 (O/U) this season when b2b is at road against them (even without Gasol now) and you think that 75% winnings from this trend so far are not money ? I can assure you that this trend will be money at the end of the season. Just wait until January when best defender is back to the game and watch how Memphis will keep their opponents under 85 points at home

I didn't say that Mem is money on under this season. I say that when b2b is at road against Mem IS real money (83 % last season - 10-2 in favor to under and 75% - 6-2 in favor to under this season so far) And this 75 % this season are with injuries of Gasol and Allen. I hope you know that they are 2 of the best defenders in the league. This trend will increase percentage in january when Gasol is back.
I didn't know that 37 % on Houston and 28% on BKN are all the public. There is no chance tonight the money goes to crap team like Nets and road Rockets against one of the best home teams in the league...just no way
