I'm not talking in this thread about rigged plays or refs or other things. I'll use public info and I'll follow the Vegas money.
Vegas opened 1st game of the final with GSW +7 points fav. After that OT(Vegas was right) and after the news about Irving they opened game 2 at GSW (-6) ! Entire world played GSW and the final line jumped at GSW (-8).
With 1-2 hours before the game the sharps placed huge money on CLE ML and the line went down at -7,5. Vegas was right and won... Sharps was right and won.
In game 3, Vegas made Cleveland favorite. The opened line was CLE(-1)!! Everyone know what the people did and Vegas won a lot of money... Again
Game 4... Vegas opened at -2,5 for GSW. People are stresed and don't know what to play... So, they are thinking that GSW will win easily this game.
I'll follow the money and I'll play with Vegas in this one
GSW(-2.5)
Great day gentlemen

The money will go up and down around -3 line. But you are talking about public money now. If the line will drop at -1/-1,5 we will see a close game again but GSW will win this game in the end....

Prestige was wondering where you went -- Vegas counting on Cavs tomorrow I think -- so far seeing big money placed on Dubs -- just my opinion though
You have to consider that Vegas had Cleveland favorited in game 3 and now they have GSW fav by -2,5! against them. Something was happened and I'm thinking about Curry play in 4th Q. Skip Bayless was right: they souldn't let them play in the last quarter. That stupind play was huge for the GSW mentality

take in consideration also that GSW hasnt lost more than 2 games in a row, so statiscally GSW should come up with a win
I don't care about stats in the finals. I've seen their faces in the first 30 minutes last night. If the game 4 was played without that 4th Q they probably were done...

GSW favored because they are facing going down 3-1 in the series if they lose........this is HUGE game for them........doesn't mean they will win it though

The opening line doesn't mean anything. Vegas isn't stupid, they are not going to make the same pattern everytime. This is exactly how they fool people and get their money. They know people like OP are going to see the pattern. This time, the team that opens as a favorite will lose. They can't make GS underdogs here, because then they would actually get more money on cleveland.
They know what they're doing, they made the line right so they will win again from this game when cavs win. Most of the public is on Golden state.
Also the line (-2.5) totally gives it away that cavs will win. If Golden state was going to win they would be -5 or higher.
But yeah I am aware GS has never lost 3 straight. but there is a first time for everything. It will happen tomorrow. Trends are meant to be broken during the playoffs.
Also cleveland has a better record at home than godlen state does on the road, cleveland will not let this game 4 go because they know if they lose this game 4, they will have to win another one in golden state, and believe me, the cavs would rather wrap this up in 6 at home

This is exactly why most of the public will be all over GS...with their perception "They need to win"
Technically they don't need to win though. They could go down 3-1 and still win the series easily. If the league would just let them play at that point.

A 2.5 home dog in a finals serries where the home dog lead the series 2-1. Something is not rigth .taking cavs seems so easy . We all know vegas does not give away easy money . I dont like to overthink this Golden state -2.5 is my play Bol to all

Dacaw I said the same exact thing as you're saying before game 3...and I got fooled into taking Golden State.
Cavs just seemed too easy.
Don't get caught in the same trap I did!
Cavs win again.
Really vegas is making tons of money from this series, with every game going under (since the first OT game) and cavs winning when public is all over golden state

Alright I'm on the other side because Joey Crawford working tomorrow but good luck -- I'm taking the points
You think Crawford is making plans with his high school alumni Tim Donaghy? Is the Philly native pulling for his Ohio native neighbor Lebron James? Do we have an East Coast NBA connection conspiracy going here? I don't like it, but we shall soon find out. Stay tuned.

Lianafrankss game 3 lines stated at cavs-1.5 then shifted to gs - 1.5 but game 4 started at cavs + 2.5 . No line movement . Making cavs the underdog at the start makes me wonder why. I will go with gs -2.5 Bol

Why is this a Vegas play Prestige -- majority of money and bets are on warriors and this game has the same refs as Rockets game 4 where the Rockets got 40 more FT than the Warriors
