OnLy if Houston didn’t choked away the 3rd seed in the regular season... they might have a better chance in playing in the final and win the trophy.. Durant “somehow” get hurt in the second round (lol) then warriors would have to face Houston in western final without Durant and win four games to advance to the final. It would be extremely tough. Only if we play the “what if” game
we all know the true western conference final is the second round when rockets vs warriors. Warriors been extremely lucky this year by Durant got hurt late in the series. If he got hurt beginning of the series there would be a good chance rockets move on.
I don’t understand why media keep saying Portland or even Denver will give warriors issue without Durant. Den and Portland isn’t even in Houston and warriors level...only Houston give warriors a competitive series. Bucks will be the same as den and Portland...they won’t be an issue for warriors to win the trophy again.
