GucciCapper apologizes for GucciCapper's horrible capping these last 3 days. Friday night, GucciCapper gets blown out by taking the Wizards. Saturday night, GucciCapper loses in heart breaking fashion by back to back 3s by Lilliard. Yesterday, GucciCapper has a 20 point lead in the 3rd quarter and losses. Things like this happen especially in the NBA. The key to all of this is money management and not tilting. GucciCapper doesn't think that it's necessary to go to his local bar and find a slumpbuster yet, so GucciCapper is going to keep firing daily. Today, we are going to be laying 3.5 points with the New Orleans Pelicans. Yes, we are backing the Pelicans for a couple reasons.
48 Points in the 2nd Quarter - Did you see the Pelicans give up 48 points to the Rockets in the 2nd quarter last game? GucciCapper believes that this lit a fire under the coaching staff and GucciCapper expects some great defensive tonight by these Pelicans. As bad as the Pelicans have been, they had a little two game winning streak going before getting slaughtered by the Rockets.
Kings Road Trip - This is the final game of a successful 4 game road trip by the Sacramento Kings. GucciCapper believes that the Kings will come out flat today and be quite satisfied with a 2-2 split on the road. The last time these guys met two weeks ago, Zion Williamson had a massive game shooting 13/15 from the field. The Kings have no answer to stop him and GucciCapper doesn't believe we will see 40+ points from Fox this time around. Expect the Pelicans to easily win this at home today.
