most def there live betting in Vegas workworks like this you take a total at 227 over they score 10-12 before the 9 min mark the total jumps around 7 - 8 points then it immediately readjust it's self within a few missed or made baskets in that time you can catch that middle number early in the game and not have to wait for it later when the system get more accurate as the game goes along

It doesn´t make sense and Iit is not a profitable strategy for 2 reasons:
1) You cannot middle it if you had an over and the game started slow or on the contrary.
2) When a game has a lot of scores due to fast pace it will keep like that at least until the first timeout. As such, by placing the opposite bet there is a higher chance that you actually miss value from the line going up or down.
You are basically making a blind bet. Following no trends. Leaving it to pure luck where you will be eaten by the juice. Betting just for the sake of middling is not an EV+ strategy. There are 2 reasons to middle: 1) The second bet is EV+; or 2) The potential earnings represent a very significant sum for you so that you want to reduce variance and sacrivice value.
You are much better oberving carefully the games and finding good spots to bet live with some sort of sense to it.
E.g. you know that when X player comes into the court the pace increases drastically. You know that when X team is losing by more than X ammount of points they increase their pace.
Pay attention and take notes. It will payoff.
