Regardless, i am not sure how you can call raptors a lotto team. Even if they have a under .500 record in the 2nd half, they still make the playoffs easily. Plus they have the largest division lead of all teams. Unless Toronto goes on a 15-20 game losing streak, they will clinch a playoff spot very soon.

Sure, that can happen depending on the match up. At the same time, if they end up playing certain teams, they can potentially play in the Eastern finals. Are they a true contender? Absolutely not. But the team plays with such heart, it is hard to predict them.
