From experience. just start out by refereeing some YMCA softball or basketball games, and you will QUICKLY find out how thankless and difficult of a job that it is.
Exactly. I would love to see these losers that complain about officiating get off their asses and try it themselves. They would quit in shame or never be hired in the first place.

The refs do an excellent job, but Stern does pull the strings. Conspiracy theories are almost always bullshit, but in this case, Stern is a crooked SOB.
