Glad you pointed this out BB because I think it is an absolute horrendous spot to back the Pelicans in this match after that devastating news. Holiday also said that he signed because he thought that AD would be there for a long time so I am guessing he feels let down as well.

Just remember, the Thunder were laying -15 the other day vs the Pelicans and OKC was up by 20 at one stage but allowed the Pelicans back into the game but this line of -9.5 right now is a great spot IMHO to take the Rockets now that they got CP3 back and he finally got the 1st game out of the way (vs Magic).

When I was in Japan around 8 years old and we were watching the Tyson fight.....my uncle threw his saxophone and broke the TV when Tyson lost to Douglas....Ive witnessed a meltdown of epic proportions at 8 years old im use to it 

oh jeez,i remember that one and im not a soccer fan...one of those things so crazy you dont believe it unless you see and experience it...only happens in sports...on a long enough timeline even the surest of sure things can end up imploding horribly,tragically before your eyes.

I agreed with you in this especially 3 their best Pelicans players are out. AD, Randall and Mirotic out for this game.

The Pelicans will be on the first game of a B2B. The second game will be at home vs Nuggets. It's more likely they rally at home around their fans to try to get a win, rather than go all out to try to beat the Rockets/Harden on the road. 

Wasn't Germany already disqualified in the group stage, like they couldn't advance for needed like a 3 goal win

The ESPN article today states that Davis sat down with players one on one to explain his decision, likely over the past week or so.. probably did not sit down with everyone but key players... surprise suprise Pels have lost their last 3... Not sure what to make of this game
