Memphis defense gives up 94.8 and Toronto gives up 97. Toronto has the players to match up against zbo and gasol in valenciunas and hansborough. So in summation, yes memphis does have better defense, but not by a wide margin.

Had an 8 team, 11.00 fun parlay which would've paid 1526.00 had 5 college teams and 3 NBA, won all except the Pacers.
