Actionmagnet - I hope you get better man. Get some help, talk to your family and loved ones. At the end of the day, your family is the one who will understand whatever you are dealing with. I've been here for so long as you can see, so to me, covers is like family, you get occasional rude/cruel posters but if you think about it, we all share the same passion. Losing our monies! Just kidding! We are not only here for bets, we could be here also for emotional support. We got you bro! Stay strong!

who are you apologizing to? you owe no one anything. This is the internet, this is a gambling forum, people choose to post in the forums and share picks. Shit is posted and said, feelings get hurt and every ones picks either wins or lose. If your apologizing cause you need help..... then get help. Sports, stock market, crypto, realestate, and women are all a gamble! you all win or lose and move on. Don't apologize for being emotional, that shows you care....... if you are in too deep... stop swimming. If ya can't deal with the forum.... stop posting. if you have anxiety go see a specialist. But don't make a post saying you have problems..... we all do. Appreciate the apology, but you don't owe that to anybody. Been following your solid picks and research for years. Thank You. I am an old school Vegas local, been doing this for years, i choose to not post on this forum. Just read it for all the great leans and info everyone post......nothing wrong with that. I suggest you try that...... take a break from posting, focus on what's importaint in your life and make a life change. Only you know what is best for you. What i'm trying to say.... we all have our own demons, your not alone. What blows me away on the covers forum is how much respect is given for the amount of post you make on here and get graded. Thats crazy.... no one is better than anyone else. We Vegas boys laugh when we see these post made by mvp, allstar, and legend covers posters when they act like there shit dont stink. Lots of great oldschool forum posters with such great info and insight that rarely post. Appreciate you guys, it's your hobby and we all need you. But the biggest winners in the sports gambling world don't have time to post on here, we are too busy trying to win. So (actionmag) don't get down on this forum reacting to you......doesn't matter. Want the best for you, your post made respond cause I feel your pain. One day at a time.....you'll get thru this....... but ya gotta stop caring about likes, reactions, and your standing on this forum. Does not matter.

Interesting, I rather watch the red zone during the NFL season that's about it. I bet year round and find it boring anymore to watch a whole game. I'm with you just checking on scores on the phone. I'm a scoreboard watcher when I go to baseball hockey or football games.

My kids and fiancé generally don't like watching sports with me because I get intense. No matter if I have $15,000 (that is a big big bet for me but not the most I ever had on a game) or $100 (that is my smallest bet unless a lottery ticket parlay). Bottom line I hate losing. It doesn't matter what I am competing in. Yes sports betting can be a competition. I try not to watch many games for that reason. I find it is best to go for a walk, watch your favorite tv comedy, or just read a book if you are getting overly stressed about a bet. No matter how big or small. But try not to take the outcome personal (I know easier said than done right). Try to enjoy the ride regardless of the outcome. I wish the best for your anxiety and depression. This hobby can be tough on those two. Take care and BOL!

Yeah bro just take a break if you need too, money comes and goes anyways its all the same BS. We all go on 30-0 streaks then think we're gonna makena million then lose it all the next day lol. Gambling in itself isn't healthy, I don't even think it should be a thing but it is what it is.
I rarley watch games anymore so try that as well. Can watch better basketball at your local 24 hour fitness anyways lol.
BOL

It’s a horrible feeling after the frustration and rage subsides and you are your normal true self again only to realise things got the better of you.
Despite its less than desirable image, sports betting is arguably one the best forms of entertainment which has given me a lot of satisfaction and enjoyment over the years (and will continue to do so).
We all need to be mindful of responsible gambling and putting it in practice because:
1. Our physical/mental health and well being 2. Our lives…family, friends and their relationships. 3. Job stability and performance at work
4. The opportunity of being able to Bet on sports and that being a part of our lives. We can’t jeopardise losing this which will be reality if we can’t be responsible.
Lastly have a look around…what assistance is available for anxiety and depression. Courses…groups….watching people from Boston and Toronto watch their teams playing any sport.
