This would be the biggest chokejob of their franchise history

Regular season team vs playoff team two different animals. Celtics will be a different team with Porzingis. Adjustments could have been made, but this is not the playoffs. Good look game for the Celtics, if they meet OKC in the championship. Playoffs is where great coaches are made.

If they reach the west finals it'll be a success IMO. They reached there sooner than the Clippers did.
Celtics didn't win it their first try either. Celtics are extremely well coached, solid all around, and they cut every lead OKC had that whole game until the very end.

, i agree, OK City is made for the regular season, but either the Lakers or Golden St will have the upper hand. They've got 2 closers each only SGA is 1 closer

It would be the 2nd biggest Thunder chokejob in their History. I'd still take the Celtics in 6 games.
The biggest chokejob in Thunder History was when they had Durant Westbrook and Harden and blew a 3-1 series lead in 2016 in the WCF against the warriors.
Draymond Green kicked Stephen Adams in the balls game 5 and directly after that G.S. found their magic, had all the momentum from there.
R.I.P. to that bad beat. And yes I was the losing end of that.

Not really they're a young team and the West is loaded.
Normally in the NBA playoffs veterans win NBA championship.
If they lose to a fully healthy Golden State, Lakers or Denver squad in the Western conference finals Game 6 or 7...They improved from last year....
Remember they lost to Dallas in second round last year...
They're trending in the right direction.

OKC will struggle in the playoffs. Their defense will still be good but those 3s by role players won't go in and SGA won't get free throws for slight touch fouls. Fans are already pissed at his whistle. I think the league and refs are noticing.
Cavs have way bigger chances than OKC because they have 2 elite bigs, 2 elite guards and they are surrounded by elite snipers.

OKC might be amoung the contenders but not clearly the best team that they should be considered a choke-job if they fail to win title
For one they are borderline weak rebounding team. They send opps to the FT line way more often then they get there.
They win the TO battle by a good amount but are weak in rebounding. Not really the formula for winning the title.
The key to watch is can they improve their rebounding before playoffs start ?
No rebounds, no rings.
Both Cavs and Celtics could beat OKC.
Cavs have 5 players over a 20 player efficiency rating. OKC only 3.
I think Cavs have the better over-all quality of players throughout the line-up.
Celtics not doing as well with 3 pt shooting as they did last year when they were shooting lights-out on 3's very similar to the Warriors in their title years.
