If the Clippers lose, should CP3 sign elsewhere?

Personally, I think he would be a moron to stay in Clipper land... you have an aging roster built around a nucleus of CP3, Griffin, and Deandre Jordan.. Crawford gets buckets but is a liability on D and the rest of the roster is expendable. I see Bledsoe going elsewhere for starters minutes and more money so he's not included..

Will Griffin ever be a go to guy/superstar? His shot is broke, his athleticism will fade, and he's proving to be injury prone... Their bigs are getting chewed up against this stout Memphis D and I can't imagine it would be any better against the OKC, San Antonio, or GSW frontlines... will be a VERY interesting summer..

I put it on my kids cp3 comes to Newyork with my man Melo who is also chris Paul man they work out all year together Knicks just didn't have the money to sign him but his contract is up he will be in ny

The age is there with Grant H. and Chauncey and journeyman Odom and perhaps others.  I still like their chances.

Mavs. I like the combo of CP3 and Dirk. Both can big time players and can create their own shot in clutch time.

I think they still have enough cap to go for a center. Maybe D12 or Big Al.

I say his best bet at a ring would be to go to ATL with Dwight.  ATL only has 3 players under contract for next year.  Horford @ 12m. Lou Will @ 5m.  Jenkins @ 1m.  None of these are bad contracts assuming Lou Will returns to previous form.

Dwight and Chris would be able to pick their coach and have a say in how the team is constructed.  ATL also has 2 first round picks this year.  Horford would be a perfect fit with both.  He hits the midrange shot at 43% so he will provide spacing for Howard to work down low.  He also does well with the pick and roll.  A defense led by Paul, Horford and Howard would be outright scary.  

The team would look something like this.

Paul/Lou Williams
Korver/Jenkins
SF - a Shane Battier type player that plays tough defense and can hit the 3
Horford
Howard.

This team would have the perfect recipe for beating the Heat imo.

He's 100% going to sign with the Clippers and you can bump this thread and mock me if he doesn't.

He's also going to get Del Negro out of there, if not next season, the season after.

Vinny Del Negro is the reason the Clippers don't dominate. He has a huge arsenal and no idea how to use it. The best move for Howard would be the Clippers and join Paul and Griffin. But I think Howard will always be a cancer to any team. But Del Negro must go if they lose tonight. The fans will want his head. CP3 will stay here in LA.

They don't dominate bc Blake and Deandre are trash.  Deandre has 2 years left on his contract at 11 million a year.  They have Butler signed for 8 million next year.  He has a better chance of winning in Atlanta

none of this is del negro fault that blake is hurt.  not saying that clips will retain him, but still, he hasnt done enough to win with all the talent he's got. i think people are crazy to think cp3 would go anywhere else.  he's in a big market, he's on the best team in LA, he's on the best team in the state of cali.  why would he even think about leaving?

maybe lakers because Lakers will trade Nash for sure injuries to much and miss i 3 game in playoff why they need him ????

but CP3 can't control like K Bryan . I think P/Jackson will be back next season for Laker .

so Laker need the Guar point and forward too . Phil Jackson very smart if he come back he need build strong team for he come back do business by coach job .....

Deandre is chaos, I agree. Blake is hurt, again and all year Del Negro is changing the way things are done on a daily basis, especially on Defense. There is no clear role for Blake except to draw double teams to free up shooters. The coach doesn't know how to use him, or anyone for that matter. 
This teams best offense is created on Defense and Del Negro is not delivering  consistent, effective defensive schemes. 
Give Popovich this exact  team and you would see.

Lakers will keep D/H 12 for sure like S/O 34 by last few year when Phil Jackson came 1st season with Lakers .......

Phil Jackson need center guy and reboun guy too

Blake hasnt improved since he got in the league.  Don't use Blake's ankle as an excuse.  He was getting worked by Z-Bo since the beginning of the series.  He got worked throughout last year's playoffs as well.  He's a regular season stat padder and he will always be from the looks of it.

lol Deandre Jordan is trash he starts but doesnt play starter minutes. 11million a year lol. There was a bball stat last year that showed he didnt nake a shot outside of four or five feet that was probabky for his career so if he aint dunking he aint scoring.

Atlanta has about a zero chance as an attractive landing option for CP3. Too many negatives and just an all around implausible scenario. He deserves better than a passionless ATL fanbase(did you see all the empty seats tonight in Atlanta?).

ATL supports teams as good as anyone when they have a star.  ATL hasn't had a superstar since Vick and Vick had it made in ATL before he screwed it up.
