Just an additional insight, I've been studying the past 10 games of Philly and Sac Head2Head rivalry , so far I found out that

They are 5-5 ( Push ) against the spread, but out of 5 times philly covered, 4 out of 5 of them was when they were underdogs, the only time they covered as a favorite , they were -4.5 , so if trend should continue, sacramento should cover tomorrow

 Don't have a specific formula but I do look at trends and previous match-ups and lines , I also factor in whether it is an underdog/favorites day the day before and look at the public consensus sometimes , gl to you also mate peace_5
