Who signed that abysmal contract for AK? That has been a multi year albatross which destroyed their ability to sign anyone outside awesome players like Roger Bell (if you know that joke I will be impressed).

Good for Jerry AND Phil, had Phil stayed they would have given him the job without a doubt.

Corbin was a player for Jerry, him staying is another insult..

wasn't he named Raja because that’s how the residents of St. Croix pronounced the name of Bell’s father, Roger.

They wanted a differnt name for their son but one that was close to pops name Roger.

Well it was a very obscure joke, the announcer down here for the Suns used to mispronounce his name all the time when he played for the team and call him Roger..

I have been saying this shit for about 3 weeks. Sloan needs to resign. Deron doesnt give a shit about anything and you could tell that by those 3 straight turnovers to lose the game last night and if you saw his body language he didnt give a fuck and nobody had the balls to say anything to him. Deron Williams will fucking destroy this franchise because everybody including management and Sloan and the players are fucking scared of him.

Two sources close to the situation told ESPN.com's Marc Stein that Sloan reacted angrily during Wednesday night's home loss when guard Deron Williams called his own play on the floor different from the play Sloan called from the sideline.






Deron is one of two players in this league whose teammates and management are fucking scared of him. The other being Kobe Jellybean Bryant

Can't believe he waited this long to resign. He was a great coach. The NBA is a coach killer. Hopefully he can relax a bit now.

BOL to Sloan in his retirement.  A great coach that almost always got the most from his teams, which were almost always undermanned (especially against the Lakers who he could never beat in the playoffs).

I watched the end of the game last night, and Deron Williams looked like he was stoned the way he turned the ball over for no reason.

they both had terrible coaches...good turn was inevitable.  The fired dudes are not in the same league as Sloan... Jim O' Brian are you kidding me ...

For me, Sloan is arguably in the top 5 coaches of all time
