OVERALL RECORD:  57-47 (21.6u)Record vs. Spread:  28-27  (&#x2B;3.5u)Record vs. O/U:  29-19  (&#x2B;19.1u)Record vs. Parlay:  0-1  (-1u)=================================================================Nice hit on the Knicks/Heat OVER...even without Carmelo.  Would have been nice for the Heat to show up a little bit so I didn&#x27;t have to stress at all...but I will gladly take the win.  I realized that I wasn&#x27;t putting in as much effort into the statistical research for the games.  I was looking at the lines and going more on a gut feeling on where they should be.  Had a great feeling about the game...nailed how the Knicks would put up the points and why...now lets get crackin on a busy Friday Night

Celtics vs. SixersLeaning towards the OVER because both of the teams tend to go over the total on 1 day of rest...but not sure because of Nick Young and Royal Ivey&#x27;s injury concerns.  Too tough overall to peg...C&#x27;s play better with Rondo in there and may take his suspension as fuel to go on a nice streak around the holidays as they tend to do before blowing it on their New Year&#x27;s west coast trip

Chicago Bulls -2  (2.2 to win 2)Pistons came crashing back down to earth the other night against the Warriors, while the Bulls are starting to get into a pretty decent groove.  Should have won against the Pacers the other night as well, but they got horrible shooting from the perimeter.  Chicago has not lost to an Eastern Conference team this year, and has covered all three games.  Without a doubt it is because of Tom Thibideau&#x27;s tough as nails defense.  Should continue on Friday night as they shut down a young Pistons team.Prediction:  Bulls 91  Pistons 82

The over seems like a decent play, but I think the Nets might want to stiffen up the defense from their earlier loss to the Warriors.  Nets struggle against the better teams, but have done well against the lower to mid level teams.

Memphis vs. New Orleans OVER 183  (1.1 to win 1)Figure this line should be a little bit closer to the 188-190 mark.  The Hornets last four home games have hit the UNDER, which has lowered this one nicely.  In each of those games however, the century mark was either reached, or nearly reached.  Grizzlies putting up 99 points per game, and the Hornicans allow 98, so it stands to reason that 100 would not be out of reach.  Last home game for the Pelicornets before a tough matchup against the Heat...and after two weeks at home, they have slowly gotten a little more competent on offense.Prediction:  Grizzlies 101  Hornets 88

I&#x27;m from Philadelphia, and the Sixers are just a mediocre team.  That said, CM is right....for whatever reason, the Celts struggle vs. the Sixers.  And, it&#x27;s a home and home, which makes it all the more difficult.  Philadelphia is playing very poorly right now.  No flow to the offense, bench not giving them much scoring.  Turner playing well, and Holiday gets his, but not a whole lot else.  If I&#x27;m gonna take the C&#x27;s one night, it&#x27;s tonight.  Then, maybe turn around when Sixers are getting 6 or so and take Philadelphia.  But like CM said, for whatever reason, Sixers have Celts number.  Gives me hesitation.

Love the Memphis over bet too.  Gotta say though, I think Bulls-Pistons is trap game.  How are Bulls going to score in this one?  Backcourt of Hinrich and Bellinelli?  And, Pistons have size and defensive umph to limit Boozer and Noah (trio of Monroe, Drummond, and Maxiell).  Prince / Deng is a wash, and at this point, the Pistons have a much stronger bench.  I wouldn&#x27;t play it either way, but if line goes to 3, I have a small lean on Detroit.
