OVERALL RECORD:  112-101 (&#x2B;14.25u)Record vs. Spread/ML:  60-49  (&#x2B;12.45u)Record vs. O/U:  52-51 (&#x2B;1.7u)Record vs. Parlay:  1-1  (&#x2B;0.1u)-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------3-1 yesterday for a &#x2B;2.9...like I said I am in a nice little groove now...I have been in a good routine as far as the capping and all, and hopefully we can keep it going for another couple weeks and get back up to the place I was at the start of the year.

Chicago vs. Toronto -Line opened up at about 2.5 to 3 points, which is right about where I had it...and has now jumped big time up to about 4.5 after 70% jumping on the Bulls.  Problem I see with the Bulls is that it is a look ahead game to the Celtics on Friday night...coming off a game where the Hawks just couldn&#x27;t shoot worth a damn.  Raptors have been pretty rested, and had a tough loss against the Nets last night.  Initial lean would be for the over and possible the Raptors depending on how high the line goes.

Indiana vs. Orlando -Same general scenario as the Bulls/Raptors game as the early support is big time in favor of the Pacers, and the line has moved accordingly.  Magic just getting off a tough road trip where they started off on the West Coast and finished up in Washington...Pacers on their 3rd game in four nights.  Because of that possible fatigue I would lean towards the under right now.

Brooklyn vs. Atlanta -Linesmakers apparently want us to believe that the long winning streak for the Nets ends tonight.  Not a huge majority, but still about 55% on the Nets early on...and the line is moving more in favor.  The game that the Hawks had the other night should be completely erased from the film room and a nice bounce back potential is in play.  Total seems to be set just about right for me, but initial lean due to the line movement would be the Hawks.

New Orleans vs. Boston -Battle of the Rivers family tonight...New Orleans coming off a really nice win against the Sixers and now head into this game where the vast majority of bettors jumped on the Celtics early on...but the line hasn&#x27;t moved.  As a Celtics fan seeing Ken Mauer on this game is what worries me...he almost always brings the other team into the game with calls.  I can see the Celtics winning and not covering, initial lean in this one is for the over, as I do see both teams hitting the 90&#x27;s because of those free throws.

Denver vs. Oklahoma City -I said it last night that the Nuggets were looking ahead to this game and might get caught with their hand in the cookie jar against the Blazers...and after surviving OT last night, I&#x27;d say it was a correct assumption.  Nuggets are rolling right now, OKC coming off a road trip where they played pretty well..and they have another mini road trip coming up after this game.  I had the game capped out at about 6-7 points...and seeing it at 8.5 makes me like the Nuggs...especially if I can get it at 9

Houston vs. Dallas -I said it every night this week, the Mavericks may have had a season altering moment in the OT game against the Kings...and the fact that the linesmakers have set this line higher than what it probably should be certainly tells me they believe it as well.  Rockets are falling pretty quickly right now, and you know Dallas loves beating their in-state rivals.  If that happens, you have to point towards the under as well IMO.

Memphis vs. San Antonio -Toughest game of the night on the board for me.  First two games have been absolute battles, which would make one lean towards taking the points with the Grizzlies.  Spurs have been on a w-l-w-l-w-l-w stretch, which would also mean take the Grizzlies until that streak ends.  60&#x2B;% of bettors on the Spurs, and the line has moved accordingly however.  I just really see this game being a 95-90 win for the Spurs, which would mean too close to call right now.

Washington vs. Sacramento -Wizards are on a roll!!  That&#x27;s something I never really thought I would have to say this season.  3 straight impressive wins...66% of bettors on the Kings early on...line moving more in favor of the Kings.  Will have to wait a while on this one and see what we can see.  Initial lean is certainly towards the Wiz.

Cleveland vs. Portland -Line has continued to roll higher and higher in this one, and should level out at the 7 mark.  Cleveland has lost 3 in a row, and now faces their 3rd road game in 4 nights after a very fast up tempo game against the Kings.  I smell fatigue.  Portland starting off their home stand here tonight...and I have a feeling they blow the Cavs out of the stadium

Miami vs. Golden State -Final game of the evening and a nationally televised battle.  Heat in the middle of a brutal road trip right now...possible look ahead potential to the Lakers in a couple nights.  Public supporting the Heat early which is to be expected, and the line is moving more towards the Warriors.  We all know that the Heat have struggled in televised games and have trouble focusing on these type of games.  I see the Heat winning this game however, getting huge public support against the Lakers as a shorter favorite, and then getting smoked on their third road game in 4 nights....will have to wait this one out however.

It is also very nice and refreshing not to have to stare at Mavin's thread on the first page, and same with the new Mavin...Shogun.

Not sure what it is with people these days, but it's all about the gimmick. There is nothing that I read in there that was earth shattering...just basic gambling knowledge that is available to anyone and everyone and has been for quite a while. It always spawns the newbies sucking at their teets for a while, then a downfall causing bashing, then aliases showing up and boosting the ego, then a slight comeback, followed by a twitter account or website.

What ever happened to the idea of just showing up and posting picks every day and giving your reasoning? What ever happened to creating your own thread rather than coat-tailing on a thread that was started a month ago? Maybe it's just me, but I completely don't understand that logic.

Hopefully it disappears fast.
