Cleveland Cavaliers +1  (1.1 to win 1)

Line is skewed obviously because of the possibility of Varejao missing this game, but I don't care.  I refuse to take the Wizards as a favorite right now.  This team just doesn't have much offensive talent to sustain continuous success throughout an entire game.

Maybe I am a sucker but...

Knicks are only -2.5 @ Suns..  (?)  This line just seems too easy....

i wouldnt play cavs game either way.

your logic for it is spot on but i always get fucked when playing games with the "creme de la garbage" can swing either way, but the play is cleveland

B2B has struggled...teams playing the day after a Christmas game have struggled...Knicks might not be "up" for this game after playing in LA yesterday

Houston Rockets ML  (1 to win 1.95)

Trying out a few ML dogs tonight...seeing if I can get a quick return on my buck.  McHale has these guys playing absolutely lights out right now, winning their last four games by double digits and by an average of 21 points per game.  What really sticks out to me is that the teams they have beat are all playoff contenders.  Only had one little hiccup on an early Sunday afternoon game in Toronto.  They will be up for this one, and I like them to win outright against McHale's old team.

Kobe Bryant OVER 29.5 Points  (1.1 to win 1)

Really wanted to throw out a Lakers ML play in this one, as they are rolling along nicely right now and got into Denver several hours before the Nuggets, so they are more rested.  Last time out the Lakers relied on 33 points from Jamison and 21 points from Meeks.  Kobe only put up 15 points on terrible shooting.  The Nuggets just didn't play a lick of defense that game, and I see that changing tonight.  What that means to me is that the other players won't be as offensively effective, and Kobe will have to step up and have a huge game.  9 straight games with 30+, and that ain't gonna change tonight!!

Prediction:  36 points ---  Lakers 107  Nuggets 102
