If Kobe was concerned about getting the wins against those Cavs and Heat squads he would of kindly told Phil Jackson, Mike Brown or Dan Toni.....I got Lebron

He did not....but folks want to give credence and weight to defense played in the all star game? 

Yes, folks want to get the win late...I get it.

But lets not kid ourselves that Kobe is a 'lebron - stopper'

Too small..too slow...and not strong enough to check LBJ

And next year when he plays the Lakers - he will not check lebron again then either.....oh, my bad....he will check him in the all star game.  

My point is in these LBJ teams vs Kobe team matchups

LBJ clearly has the edge

And what most kobe fans don't realize is that even with scoring the ball

from 2003 to present  (2003 is LBJ rookie year)....LBJ has outscored Kobe and has 500 fewer shots....that is fact.

In those 20 plus matchups they have had -- I can recall NO

I emphasize NO moments where Kobe went to Phil Jackson, Mike Brown, or Mike Dan Toni to check LBJ

but he wants to do it in the all star game .....c'mon man!!!

And you can take Kobe Bryant at any age --- 18 , 25, 28

and LBJ at that same age --- LBJ is the better athlete.

That is what I meant - and that is not dumb.   I actually felt that was consensus.....one guy played WR and was all State in HIgh School...and yes he is bigger faster and stronger than the mamba

Yes kobe is (and was quick)....could and can finish above the rim

Does and still does have power.

I watched kobe his entire pro career....and I just cannot recall folks saying that Kobe Bryant was playing "bully ball" the way LBJ can

Does kobe have power....yes.

But media and neutral fans (non kobe - non LBJ fans) would not say that the mamba has more power in his game than LBJ

I just don't recall Kobe causing players to bounce off him....or as they hack him he still finsihes and one at the rim more than LBJ

Here is the thing.   LBJ is not a SG...He is a SF

I actually think LBJ is more like the mailman and will play Karl Malone years and will live in the paint

His game is already progressing that way and look at what's happening this year

And folks for some reason keep minimizing paint shots versus perimeter shot taking.

The all time leading scorer in NBA history and the mailman didn't make their living shooting 3 pointers....they are #1 and #2 all time in scoring leaving in the paint and not necessarily by out quicking guys

At kobe's age (playing kobe's years) LBJ will have 35000 pts

which is kobe's current 31000 and add another 4000 pts to that

Where do I get the 4000 to kobe's 31000 from?

When Kobe came into the league....he did not score right away....he had some wimper years 8 ppgs 1st two years

LBJ had his usual 2000 or close to it......hence...31000 + 4000 = LBJ is on his way to being the all time scoring leader.

And will be the only player in NBA history with a TRIPLE QUINTUPLE

(over 10000 pts....10000 rebs....10000 assts)

Heck he will also be only man with over 30000 pts and 10000 assists which seems to be diametrically impossible to be that good of a facilitator and scorer....normally a player was one or the other....but LBJ is dominant doing both.

My point is.....heck no.....will LBJ slow down.......Karl malone showed that if u stay in shape and LBJ rides bike to and from work.....u can play a long time in this league with an edge.

LBJ is a hybrid player and a freak athlete.
