Hate to say it but that forth quarter has to scare alot of people if the Lakers can put up 41 in the 4th and almost come back to win that game I see no reason why they dont win by DD at home in a must win game. PIDI said it right Lakers and the Under. I see a lopsided game in this one. 108 82 Lakeshow

a1,i think boston covers and may even win. the final score of game 2 is misleading. boston stopped playing when they were up big. sloppy passes made for easy baskets for la. i am taking boston + the number.

Crodies, You are right my friend. I think it was VERY interesting how "all of the sudden" LAL could score at will AND play defense????? It was VERY strange if you ask me....almost like they were "supposed" to win and cover????||an_wink.gif' border=0> I mean, if you watched that game AT ALL, it was a Boston blow out and an EASY UNDER. But then it changed. We have seen Boston falter late in games, but this was a total collapse and they were VERY lucky to have a second win. Given that, I see a similar game in LAL. ONLY LAL will be blowing Boston out. We all know how Boston plays OTR.||an_speechless.gif' border=0> Given that past, I think we will see a DD ATS before tip off. As long as it stays uner DD I am all over the LAL!!!! The wining percentage for game three's so far is like 78% favoring the home team!! It keeps going on Thursday. But it is only Monday and a lot of things can change between now and then.

I will take the +9.5 for the Celts as it stands, I will wait til Tues. pull the trigger, but c'mon guys the way most of you are talking, you think the "fix" is on. I'am not buying into any WWF fixed bullshit! This is The Finals, and teams can adapt, and change. The Lakers at home will get somewhat of an advantage. But where they dont match up is from the bench. For that matter if Odom decides whether he wants to Bang, or be a take it up the court shooting guard, the Lakers really are in trouble.The Celts are so confident going into L.A. that Doc Rivers has allowed players that livr in the area, to stay "at home"...||thumbs_up.gif' border=0>||clover.gif' border=0>

Given Boston +9.5 is just Logic FREE MONEY here folks. After that come back from LAkers game 2, I don't think Boston will let that happen again!!!! ESPN keeps pushing the fact that the Lakers are 0-5 in winning the playoffs when down 0-2 in the series and that Boston is 7-0 when up 2-0 in the playoffs with regard to winning the series.

Just watching this one. Possible play at the half depending on the numbers. Lakers win the game in my opinion but I don't like playing big favs. I'd rather pass on the game and check out the 2nd half lines. Stripes do play a roll. Like it or not.||Peace_5.gif' border=0> Mac

WTF? Does Vegas got monkees putting out the line now? The Celtics have proven how they match up against West. Home or away. I just don't see the Lakers covering such a high spread(-9.5) Take the points. The Lakers may possibly take this one, but not by double digits. ||peace.gif' border=0>

We all know this saying all to well.....when a line seems to easy????? IT IS!!!! Sorry fellas, when one looks at the line, one would immediately JUMP all over the generous points seeing how they have beat LAL by 10 in the first game and esentially blew them out in the second. Yeah LAL came stormin back in the fourth, but I think that finish was rather strange is you ask me. Yeah, they say Boston quit playing. Why in the HELL would ANY team do that in a game of this magnitude!!!! Give me a break. Boston has been nortorius in blowing large leads on the road for some reason. They just seem to stop playing. Don't know why and really don't care. I see them doing the exact samething here tonight. Yeah they may take an early lead, but look for the LAL to be patient, and rally back and step on their collective necks in the second half. This line just BEGS us to take Boston. Vegas is not stupid and they do not give away money. They want us to take the "obvious" play. No way in hell am I buying into that strategy. LAL knows full well that if they lose this game it is esentially over. This is the most important game and I think game 3 home teams have a great wining precentage!! LAL -9.5 Considering the UNDER as well. I do not see Boston scoring more than 80 points tonight. Good luck!!!

That is just because Boston will miss a lot of shots, now they do as if they do not know how to shoot, So it was Lakers turn when they were on the road in Boston. It happens time and time again, Start with Boston against Hawks, If they play as they were suppose to play normally, they wouln't take Atlanta to 7 games. So to me it is just a show to take the game as long as possible, for the tv commercials, and the sales of confections at the stadiums, and especially, the tickets cost, I am a marketing executive, as I have negotiated deals in advertising for some companies you see advertised, during the playoffs in major sports. Some companies pays for up to at least 3 games minimum, As earlier someone said that the NBA wiil probly take this to 7 games, which can be true. So I would not be suprised. I see Lakers win tonight, if it stays under becareful with Boston the next game, it just a strategy that teams uses. For the next game expect it to go over.
