Lebron first time in a long time got to rest during the playoffs.  That extra rest matters to the Lakers.  They come in healthy opening night.  Besides getting 7 and winning straight up is a big difference.

Last year the Lakers lost to the Warriors by seven.  Warriors were favourites by 7.5 so Lakers covered.  It also wasn't a banner raising night full of distractions.  Even if GS loses they were a winner on the night and Lakers had to endure "ring ceremony" and are losers even if they win.  

Going to be interesting.  I took Lakers even though I despise the organization to the core....  Democratic city, do I need to say more.  Now that I am talking out loud,  I wouldn't cry if Lakers stink in this game.  I do like the unibrow Davis though but is he past his prime??  We'll see.

 I feel what you are saying, they did cover by a half last year on opening night. I'm a Lakers fan. But when it comes to my money I have to be smart with it. No emotions. I love AD and no he isn't past his prime. He just playing with LBJ. Once he is gone or he goes off and plays else where he will be the same AD. Lol. Good luck tonight.
