bruce lee?  wow clever. lol.   Dont underestimate the asian sensation, i bet against him the other night thinking the wheels come off but they managed to get it done on the road.

2nd of all you are putting up wrong stats, Lin did put up over 20 vs Utah jazz and they are over .500 (13-11 now and they were 13-9 i think before they played NY) .  So before you shoot your mouth, do a little bit of research.   And one more thing, would a comma or a period hurt? you have a whole paragraph there without a single period.

I do agree with you that the hype behind Lin has gotten way overboard. He has skill but he is nothing close to the hype.  He will come back to earth soon, he can still be a good player but his numbers will drop bigtime once Amare, Melo, Baron Davis return... I still think he should keep the starters position over Baron though...

Win or lose, seriously, if you're the Lakers, if you can't go in and beat the knicks minus their two best players, why even bother trying to make the playoffs. IMO, this would be a pathetic loss. They should be able to sleep walk through this game and beat the Knicks. They are in no position to be giving away games. With that being said, because this is professional sport, i fully am aware that the Lakers have a good chance of losing.

Lakers still don't have a point guard. Derek Fisher is garbage. Lin should be able to run circles around him. One reason to be careful, other than obvious letdown after O/T win...oh, and the fact the Lakers suck on the road this year.

This thread is hilarious.  Lin destroyed all of you tonight.  This guy is a legit superstar in the making and that's all there is to it.  There are no more doubts about this guy whatsoever.  38 points, outplays Kobe, in MSG, on primetime national TV.  4 wins in a row.  4 straight 20+ point games, all wins. Unbelievable.
