No wonder Bator hardly ever starts threads. He takes the time to type up a very well thought out post and solid reasoning behind a play and it turns into another pissing match between a bunch of insecure kids who can't take a little dig on the internet.

Covers should create another "VIP forum" for selected members only this time it should be for the people who are actually serious and interested in talking about all of the day to day variables involved in betting on games in this crooked league. We'll put a sign on the door that says "No kids allowed!".

That kind of post is ALWAYS appreciated.  Others may call your kind of posting (and my kind of posting) "shitting in someone's thread" but of course that's an ignorant thing to say.  I say it's called "trying to be helpful while figuring out these damn games."

 

 

A failure by the Bulls to respond in this situation wouldn't shock me completely, but the basis of my play is more against the Nets than it is on the Bulls.  Thanks for the post, AJPICKS.  I appreciate it. 

 

 

I like to try to look into the mindset of these athletes and teams.  I think it's critically important to put yourself in their shoes.  I'm not always right about these assessments, but I've been doing this for a long time and I've found that I've been right a lot more than I've been wrong so I continue letting this work for me.  Maybe the Bulls are completely uninspired today, and maybe the Nets aren't satisfied with two straight wins but rather hungry for a third.  If that's the case, then I'll lose this bet, but I'm betting that that's not the case.

BUT, 50K?? no, thanks. I will accept a UNIT based challenge any day of the week. Well ok, i challenge him to make 100 picks and make 67 like i did in WBA's thread. OK? Do you think he can do that? I think no. Let him try. and make atleast 55, not 67. 55-45 is enough for a + season.

He never ever posts plays, he is hiding is other peoples thread and posts "wise comments" about games, but never picks. I post my plays in WBA thread and its all recorded there. I understand him not posting its so bad for people to see his true record.

I said it one time, he is making threads when he wants people to unload on some team so he can get the other for a good value. I dont see other reason for him posting...after all, he is betting 10-20K a game,..or thats what he says he is betting...i dont care how much he bets, really. We all bet the amount that we can afford. And if Bill Gates bets 500K a game, does that make him a good capper? hell no. that makes him rich enough to bet that amount. So we all here post UNIT based system, only the rich nerds posts $ based plays so we all can "get jealous" ( yeah, right) about their money.

So all of you will tail him cause he is MR.BATOR, but afterwords you'll all hate him cause eventually, you will lose money.

Be careful guys, just think of 1 good reason why he will share his play with you, betting 20, 30 or 50K $?

Best of Luck Mr. Bator. I love the Bulls here as well. I'm prepared to go down in flames with those underachieving jackasses from Chi-town if need be. It just makes me feel so much better to know my money is against an even worse group of underachieving ,uncaring,talent deprived slugs.

 

A home loss of 10 points or more isn't necessarily a traumatizing event like a loss where a team got absolutely clobbered by 25 or more.  And this is the first time this season the Bulls are playing at home off a nationally televised 25+ point home loss.  We'll see what happens.

 

Yes, you're right.  I took a chance this morning because their was someone on Matchbook who was willing to take all the Nets +9.5 -108 I was willing to offer.  I let that person gobble up ten units.  As of right now, with 2.5 hours to go until gametime, Chicago -9.5 +108 is still the best line.  I may add more if I can do better than that later on.
