You've lifted since you were 15 and you're going to tell me you don't know anything about how a person can shed and gain 5-20 pounds of HIGHLY noticeable muscle mass in a short period of time? LOL
Right.....
People do it ALL the time! While you're weight training/lifting/doing calisthenics? And if you're loading up on carbs and water? You will put on a pump VERY fast and it will last for a LONG time if you are maintaining.
SOON as you stop? It will deflate. And you will look like you lost 50 pounds. A SIGNIFICANT difference in appearance.
Oh....but you've been working out since you were 15....you should know this already...
-_-
You can target my age all you want, and continue to use that as some sort of factoid, just like your inaccurate use of the pump. Whatever works for you.
Fact is, this carb leaning diet comes right at the time Silver decides to go after HGH users. LeBron and Melo both get smaller. Funny enough? They both don't play very well. LeBron does less of his bullrushing, and he looks a bit sluggish (Hey, maybe lack of carbs!?) and then he gets injured the most he has ever been. Then he spends a considerable amount of time on the sideline with a severe back injury, rehabbing at some of his physicians in Miami, and then comes back, considerably larger.
So, YOU mean to tell me in this CONSIDERABLE amount of pain he is in, he decides to do compound lifting to bulk up in size that he has been so desperately missing, instead of helping his team?
I doubt it. And yes, 5 to 20 pounds of ACTUAL muscle is pretty hard to do in a short amount of time. Bloating up on water weight, which is a combination of HIGH carbs and water just makes you look like bloated muscles. He is lean, INCREDIBLY lean. That's not from just upping carbs, and drinking some water.
But whatever, it's from just doing some extra push-ups? Aye?

Prohormones? Probably be easier to hide, and far cheaper, than HGH. That would be interesting.

If you are already a genetically lean person? Bloating up or actually adding on the 5-20 pounds, will NOT look any different. Anyone who has done calisthenics will tell you this. Obviously, you don't know this....some how you missed this in all of your years of weight lifting?
Do you know how body builders and anyone who gets in shape, gets ripped for their pictures? It involves a lot of carbs and water, load and unload. Obviously, you missed that part in your years of weight lifting too.
-_-
What you just said just further proves that you are just here to talk and be apart of the conversation. You're not trying to add in anything truly credible.
This is a pointless thread either way.

Mhm, that's fair. You seem to know everything already, so we will go with your opinion as factual. Moving on.

Oh, he knows everything. He's an absolute perfection in the human race, most of whom are selfish, apathetic, bottom feeding, useless beings
The fact that I can list more negative things that most people do than positive things? Confirms my opinion of people. The fact that I can list more ignorant people than educated people? Confirms my opinion of people.
With all that being said. At no point in my life have I ever felt like I know more than anyone else. You obviously couldn't find any relative way to respond to my response to yours, so you resorted to mocking my post. Typical.
Anyway, I do know, that just because a person goes up and down significantly in weight and performance does NOT mean in ANY way they are definitely using HGH or roids.
That is NOT a guaranteed testimony.

LeBron produces more testosterone and hgh naturally than any of you fuck boys could your entire lives combined. And yes I said naturally as we know your body naturally produces it most in your last forced reps while working out. Furthermore this man is a giant and naturally has levels much higher than the average couch potato.
I'm so sick of all this steroid talk he can easily cut and put on weight any day of the week and his nutrition and training is so on point he can make gains easily. Learn some shit before you throw dirt on the man and all the hard work he put in to get where he is.
Ps.... No shit he grew from age 18-19 that's when most of us (18-25) grow the most you fuck boys

With this logic, no professional athlete has ever taken a PED.
Bonds was an elite athlete long before he ever jumped on anything.

It was you who felt compelled to respond to my initial post, of which was not directly in response to any post here. But you just do what you do if you feel your opinions matter to anyone, then go right ahead. My opinion is that you come across a self-centred, arrogant, condescending prick. so I couldn't care less if I "mock" your post and you feel offended by it.

I responded to a bunch of posts in this thread. Why does my responding to YOUR post any more significant than the others?
And I wasn't offended. I was just responding to your post as I did every other post.
If you truly did not care, you wouldn't mention that you didn't care. You wouldn't respond at all. The true sign of not caring is no longer responding. Which I will no longer do with this thread. I no longer care about what happens in it. :)

I can tell you're a real barrel of laughs, mate! Judging from all your posts on here, I can only imagine what cheerful and enlightening company you must be

I only mentioned that I couldn't care less about mocking your post. I didn't say that I didn't care. And if I didn't care, in all likelihood, I wouldn't respond at all. So therefore I am aware that the true sign of not caring is not responding. Caring or not caring about mocking your post and caring or not caring about responding in general are two separate things is it not?
