i cant believe lebron didnt get his team involved more throughout the 4th quarter and OT. 1 point by the rest of the team. geez this guy is such a selfish player lately i just cant believe it. he should be traded from the cavs for like andre miller or someone like that. i dont know if i would give up someone like that for lebron though cavs would get the way better end of that deal.

It is not a surprise that you were wrong again.
You see, LeBron James stepped up when it mattered like no player in the NBA (other than a Dwyane Wade) can do.
When you look at his team, they are very talented. (NOT) 3 of the team's main rotation guys fouled out so in the OT periods you have LeBron, a heady veteran in Eric Snow, a rookie in Gibson, Sasha Pavlovic, and Donyell Marshall, along with the kid Vereajeo.
The big word is IF. Could Kobe Bryant score that many on one of the NBA's best teams? Short answer, no. When you look at the statistics, LeBron James scored more points in the OT periods and the 4th quarter than Kobe Bryant scored in the 4th quarter of 5 games combined in the playoffs against a team that is not even defensively sound. A total of 20 minutes, LeBron scores more points than Kobe scored in a total of 50+. There is no comparison.
That is why LeBron is a special talent, that only a few in NBA History can match.

Yeah, but what most people don"t mention, is that he makes the players around him so much better. Kobe can't do shit by himself, he needs shaq and wade. I mean look at the lakers this year. Anyway this topic is really stupid, since well its a team game. There is a tendency to focus on celebrity players, but at the end of the day who cares because you will never know.

Lebron is a good player but not even in the top 10 in the NBA. He can't play ANY D. and can't shoot FT's especially in the clutch. Good offensive player but that's ALL. Also, no leadership skills.
1. Kobe
2. Dirk
3. TMac
4. Nash
5. Wade
6. Amare
7. Shaq
8. Ray Allen
9. Josh Howard
10. Lebron
lol... James might not be the best player but he is the MVP, hands down. Dirk #2, lol. Guy has not made a clutch shot in the playoffs yet. You forget Gilbert Arenas or should we really put Josh Howard above him and Lebron. Bron's defense in the fourth and on was pretty good. Remember the steal in double OT, that was huge
Good stuff man. Definitely got a solid laugh after reading this.
T-Mac #3...Don't worry, one of these years he'll get out of the 1st round and you can actually consider ranking him anywhere near the top 5.
Howard/Allen ahead of LeBron...The only thing I can hope of those thoughts are that when you posted this at 1:16 in the morning on June 1st you just finished the blunt you lit after slamming down 31 shots at the bar.
PlusEV is absolutely right-1,2,3 in no specific order = Kobe, Wade, LeBron.

Just realized all my comments should have been directed to wiseguy not mr. insight. Also while re-reading..."no leadership skills"??? If I was a MOD I'd probably give you a chance to take that back and then ban you if you didn't. Worst portion of a post in history.

10-16 FGA and 16-20 FTA (who said he couldnt shoot FTs again)
10 points in the 4th qt and...
Made the game winning FTs to seal the deal.
Only Dwyane Wade can match his talent level.
LeBron James
You hit it on the head. The kid can run and jump like a deer, has more strenght than anyone in the league at his position and has enough basketball skill to score the last 25 points in the Eastern Conference finals in the Palace. By far the best player in the league. Not even close.
