I think the Clippers and Dallas are two longshots where the owners are rich enough it could work.

Miami: I don't know if it is possible for for the heat to bring a great team but miami lifestyle, his family knows already the place, he has his friend wade, he spoke about wade experience missed in the finals. Miami has better coach than in cleveland he already won with miami so it could make it happening again.
Cleveland: he had already his own influence on trade players and coaching before and it didn't work well and it need to restart to 0 now..but if great players could come may be he would not make the same thing that the first time he left cleveland but I think he is too much disapointed to stay...

Lebron could not miss the opportunity to play with Leonard BUT
the problem with Leonard is that Lebron knows he was injuried lot of time, Lebron know he needs HEALTHY greats players with him ( he spoke about that fact on interview)
so without Paul Georges, I have doubts Lebron will be hot for a simple duo with Leonard because of that.
You do realize Leonard was cleared to play and chose to abandon his team right? In all my years following sports, rarely have i ever seen a star player chose to deliberately not play when medically cleared...out of pure ethical code if i was a GM, Leonard would never play for my team...hes going to poison the next locker room he enters...the guy is strictly about playing hoops for a max paycheck...let him spend the rest of his career in the Sacramento Abyss while he cashes his biweekly paycheck...the guy will be broke and jobless 2 years post retirement...even Allen Iverson will look at him and say "Damn, you MC Hammer broke"
Celtics have the most flexibility, assets, and overall ability to attract Cavs to play "lets make a deal 2.0"...but given how Ainge legit screwed the Cavs with the truth regarding IT's hip, the Celts are never going to get James thru a trade...maybe indeed James stays for one more year in Cleveland to make another miraculous finals appearance and then joins Boston for another 5 years in the finals with them.
