Yes Cleveland had major upside and kyrie will be a too plAyer if healthy. But he has to take that next step . I personnel have lillard ahead of kyrie at the moment because he has shown me he can play wit the big boys in the playoffs granted kyrie hasn't had the team to back him up

Miami or Cleveland.
If he wanted to be in the spotlight, get bigger endorsements and marketing opportunities, he would stay in Miami.
However, he wanted to be looked at as a "hero" and not as a "villain" so he returned to Cleveland.
He will stay in Cleveland for the remainder of his career because if he leaves after this speech and this 2nd stint with the Cavs, I would expect the city to absolutely kill him
