So I have been a compulsive gambler for the last 4 years, and just came across this site a couple weeks ago. Been great getting everyones insight on the games and even tailing some people every now and then. I decided I would like to start tracking my picks for the first time and hey maybe it will bring some first-time poster good luck to us all. Tail if you want, talk shhh on my picks if you wish, all opinions welcome. I tend to play with a smaller bankroll than what I have seen on here, but it is all relative because what I bet is considered meaningful for me.
I tend to stick to NBA, which is why I posted in this forum. I have a habit of getting into too many games at once, so for everyone's sake I will only post my best plays of the night. I also love playing 1q and 1h bets. I will always try to justify my picks, and will give you insight on the reason I think the spread is set as it is. So lets get to the good stuff.

Tonight's picks:
IND vs LAL: IND -3 first quarter
Lets be honest, the lakers suck. The pacers are good, and lately have been taken advantage of on the defensive end. How do you get back on track defensively in the NBA you ask? You play the Lakers. I see the pacers coming out in this one, frustrated about their recent defensive struggles, and lock the lakers down to the tune of maybe 16-20 points in the first quarter. Not that it makes much of a difference since the lakers suck night in and night out, but they are also fresh off their grammy road trip, first night back home, and we all know how those games tend to go. Love the pacers here, 1q 1h, and full game, but the play will be pacers 1q.
WSH vs. GS: First half o104
This game is intriguing to me. I have bet the Wiz a couple times this season and they always seem to come up big for me. Love their growth this season, and I actually see them as being a good upset candidate come playoff time if they can stay out of the 7th or 8th seed in the east and avoid Miami or IND. While I'm not ready to jump out of my socks and predict them to upset GS in their house, I do like their chances to put up 100+ points which they have done in their last 4 games. We all know what GS can do scoring the ball, and I like them to come out firing tonight as usual at home. As a result I will take the 1h over in this one. The fg over is intriguing as well, but i'd rather make my money in half the time.
So there you have it people. My first 2 official picks. I hope they turn out well, and I hope I can continue to give my insight on these games. Also, I realize these are both the late games, so I'll do a little more research and see if I find anything that intrigues me for the earlier games. Good luck everyone!
