To those who saw Howard play like he didn't give a F***. Yeah he didn't yesterday. He was playing the Wizards after an All Star opener. Today he will play at home against the best team in the West on national television. He will give a F*** today if I am not mistaken. 

This game looks to be a nail biter if both teams bring their A-game, but the Magic can matchup well with OKC so I am on them. Their recent meetings show that Magic can beat them despite the lack of Perkins in the past. 

Magic should be the 1 point favorite tonight so the value play is on them given that this game can go either way.

Orlando +1. 
Thunder -1 or +1 all the same in my book. BOL tonight as I just flat out disagree with anyone willing to wager the Orlando Magic. That's my opinion...

Many are surely not aware that in games where Glen Davis plays 25min or more in the Magic are 2-4su & 1-5ats and in games he's played less than 20min or not at all the Magic are 8-4su & 9-3ats this season. That should clear up any confusion on the thoughts of Glen Davis IMO...

I dont know what you guys are expecting out of Glen Davis. He is a bench player and yeah he is good. His sole purpose is to put his heavy body against other centers to guard the paint, fill in for the center position because Dwight unsurprisingly can get into foul trouble in as early as the 1st quarter, and hell he can make free throws too. Those minutes and ATS stats you put together don't amount to anything. The Magic are an inconsistent ATS team. 

It's obvious you guys are taking the Thunder and good for you. Like you said odds, I'm not trying to steer you away just like I won't be following your play. Covers members deserve to hear both leans on a game. 

To MIKECOUU78, put up a writeup instead of blindly criticizing. It'll make your opinion worth reading if you provide a rationale. I'm not being biased...instead, I'm reasonable.

Well the answer to that is simple. When your first response was said with confidence but at the same time 100% false it's pretty hard to take anything else you may say and apply any truth to it at all. So by your 1st response you responded with saying that " I think the thunder's style plays right into the hands of the magic.". So you seem to think the Thunder would be playing into the Magic's hands as they are one of the better teams in the league at defending that very shot that the Magic rely on more than any other team in the NBA (The 3 point shot). 

There are maybe 5 people that post on this site that I respect as poster's of plays. Your not one of them, so if you really care about catching my attention your going to have to at least write something of truth because after that retarded statement it's hard to listen to anything your small mind may decide to spew to any of us here.

1.) the pace of play
2.) Thunder being tired
3.) Magic home record ATS 
4.) 4 and 5 matchups in this contest
5.) Anderson spreading the floor to take ibaka out of the paint. 
6.) J Rich matching well vs Thunder guards...

any of those points you wanna respond to? or just keep insinuating that I am being irrational in order to avoid having to come up with a reasonable response to any of those things I alliterated at length.

Pardon the misuse of words...ATS does matter, just not tying in Davis' minutes to their ATS stats. Therefore, I meant to say that connection isn't valid.

I know lots of ppl took Philly last nite & lost , but said OKC was lucky .......... Come on , be honest Philly had their chance but they just couldn't get anything going the last 5 mins of the ball gm. Give OKC the credit to come back from a 10 pts deficit , won the gm & also cover the spread .

About tonite , OKC will be my pick. Magic live & die with their 3's ball. If their 3's is not dropping tonite , they can't keep up with the thunder . Perkins should do ok guarding Howard but he will still get his 25 pts tonite . But OKC will win the gm.  ( this's just my pt of view, don't be mad at me if u disagree with that )

Whatever u pick tonite, BOL to u all .

Why do you want a response from me so bad? Are you looking for my opinion on your thoughts? I think you are a moron and have already stated so. Why would i want compare and contrast thought's with someone i feel to be a moron. Every single one of those numbered criteria you listed can be thrown into the trash. Applying them to this game is garbage. If you are trying to simply simplify what I wrote by disagreeing and taking the Magic. Thee only way i see the Magic winning tonight is to score many point's from the 3 point line as they have done many times this season. It's that simple IMO, if they do that they win. If they don't they lose. The Magic are easily game planned for while the Thunder have been good enough to drive an opposing coach crazy. Your claiming that the Thunder will be tired tonight, and although the possibility of that happening is definitely there, the Thunder are 9-3su in 2nd legs of b2b's this season including a win on the 3rd leg of a b2b2b. I noticed you were responding to the reference of Glen Davis not being garbage. That's fine take the 1-5ats record of the Magic when Davis plays 25min or more & the 9-3ats record of when he plays less than 20min or not at all and replace them with just su numbers of 2-4 @ 25min or greater & 8-4su when played less than 20 min or not at all. You should still be able to apply he's not all that great from that as well. 

Albeit I do agree with the poster that called him garbage and he is nothing more than a 15-20 min player that should have no impact in this game anyways even if he plays he averaged mpg or not this evening...

I agree, Davis is only a 15-20 minute player but he isn't garbage because he's a legit bench center. Who else are you going to replace him with on the bench? Hes one of the best bench centers out there. All good centers are starters so it's invalid to say Davis is garbage and has no impact. He is there to provide size, boards, and kill time while Howard is on the bench. A necessity that most teams don't have.

Name me some bench centers that are not garbage if you do strongly suggest Davis is garbage? If you want to refer to power forwards then yeah there are a respectable amount of bench power forwards out there where Davis is garbage compared to them but Davis is a center and you replace Howard with a center.
