Jambo gents. Sucked it up yesterday with the ATL pick. No excuses, that was a bad call. GS stayed with em all game long. But can I just make one excuse? Pretty please? Didn't know Corey would be active off the bench. He had a big game. Corey instead of Devean George off the bench changes the dynamic of the entire roster. Also didn't suspect Double J to go 3-14 and look like Baron Davis. Despite the straight wager loss I did go 4-0 on my team total and teasers for a very small overall loss. UTAH JAZZ - 13.0 (-110) - - - "I ain't a killa but don't push me, revenge is like the sweetest joy next to getting box" (Tupac - Hail Mary) Revenge is the name of the game tonight and the Jazz play it very well. Take a look at their losses this season. When facing a team that defeated them, they always avenge that loss except for the Denver Nuggets who seem to have their number this season. Jazz have been as consistent an ATS cover as any team in the NBA. That loss to the Clipps was a bad one and I have no doubt they get it done and crush the Clipps tonight. Flying from Los Angeles or Cali to Utah or Denver on a back to back is one of the most difficult 0 days rest situations a team can go through. Not many teams have the endurance or talent to compete under those conditions. We all know the Clipps don't have either. After their win over Utah the Clipps fell to PHX and OKC by 26 and 17 points. Their last 12 away losses have come by an average of 17 points per game! That is including some horrible blowouts and embarrassing losses including 40 to the Lakers, 20 to the Nugs, 16 to the lowly Nets, 14 to the Tims, 25 to the Cavs, 30 to the Warriors and 22 to the Blazers.....yuck. This team just gives up once a team attains a lead. The do not have a will to win, they are too used to losing. Jazz men on the other hand have been rolling and looking for a top 3 seed in the West. They are 35-15-3 ATS in their last 53. They are finally at full health and very confident in their system. They are 5-1 ATS vs shit teams at home in their last 6 and 4-0-1 in their last 5 Saturday night games. Salt Lake City will be packed even for the Clippers and I just see no way the Jazz do not annihilate the back to back lowly Clippers. Jazz men sing their tune.

MIAMI HEAT MONEYLINE (-120) - - - No I am not on the Heat due to the fact that Atlanta fucked me last night. I actually have not backed the Heat in a very long time. Tonight I think this is a perfect spot for them to get it done against their rivals. A lot of people believe this is Atlanta's chance to exact revenge. But Miami still remembers their game 7 loss like it was yesterday. This team is the team that ousted them from the playoffs and their 2 dominant wins over ATL this season proves they are still bitter like a lemon on a Tuesday afternoon. Miami has historically owned the Hawks at home with a 25-4 record in the last 29 meetings at South Beach. Most being ATS covers as well. The last 3 wins in Miami over the Hawks have averaged close to 20 points with some massive playoff blowouts. The last win in Miami this year was a 17 point blowout and that was without Jermaine O'Neal manning the middle. Tonight the Hawks are coming off a run and gun affair with the Warriors in which they must have run up and down the floor a hundred times. Facing an uptempo team and fighting till the end, then facing a well rested team in a rivalry game the next night spells trouble for any team. Especially when the Heat have ultimate swagger after beating Kobe and his boys the previous game. I don't suspect this to be a blowout type game, I expect it to be quite a close affair. Flash and his gang should get it done against the Hawks tonight.
