Apologies for the late post fellas, was busy with business am not in Toronto. Good looking card today, chance to see what a lot of teams are made of early on. Taking part in action on just one game tonight, since I have already posted the season previews on both of these squads, no new team previews today :( As always gents am wishing you the best of luck with your wagers tonight. TUESDAY NOVEMBER 2ND MINNESOTA @ MIAMI PICK: MIAMI - 15 (-120) - - - 3 UNITS PICK: MIAMI 1ST Q - 4.5 (-115) - - - 1 UNIT PICK: MINNESOTA UNDER 88.5 (-120) - - - 2 UNITS PICK: MINNESOTA UNDER 84 (+163) - - - 1 UNIT
Could get goosed on all four wagers if I have read the Miami Heat wrong. Quite possible so early into the season, however watching this team over the last 4 games I have come to the conclusion that this roster is the real deal. They compliment each other to perfection. The supporting cast is just an exceptional fit for Larry, Curly and Moe. Carlos Arroyo, consistent low turnover point who does not command possession of the ball and can hit an open shot. Perfect. Joel Anthony, a big man who demands presence on the defensive block, does not take shots and changes numerous shots in the lane. Perfect. Off the bench you have a 4 man rotation...a perfect 4 man rotation. Two of the best 3 point shooting role players in the NBA getting wide open shots consistently, and 2 intimidating big men who know how to rebound and can hit a 17ft jumper. James Jones, Eddie House, Udonis Haslem and Big Z might not be the best bench in the NBA, but with the amount of attention Larry, Curly and Moe attain, they could very well be the most productive bench in the NBA. Once Mike Miller returns...it's over ladies and gentlemen. 1 or two more key free agent signings and you have a dynasty for half a decade or more. So far defensively we know Miami has been stellar. They held one of the best offensive teams in the NBA last year to just 70 points. They followed that up with a 23 point thrashing in New Jersey holding the home team to just 78 points. Their game vs Philly would have been a defensive masterpiece except for a 33 point 4th quarter by 76ers, who still only managed 87 and lost by 10. All in all Miami has looked like the best defensive team in the league thus far in the season. Offensively they have not peaked. Not even close...that is scary in my opinion considering how good this team has looked in their last three games. Larry, Curly and Moe have not combined for over 50% shooting as of yet, none have hit double digit assists or really had dominating offensive performances. Tonight I think this Minnesota defense, or lack thereof, will allow the three stooges to get into a rhythm early and never look back. How can you possibly lay 16 in an NBA game? I think I just did my best to explain it, win or lose I'll gamble with the Heat, all year long. 3 UNITS LARRY, CURLY AND MOE - - -

Thanks as always yaz, how are you doing in Tennis bro? I cashed nicely on Tipsy today. Starting to like Tennis more and more. But nothing compared to the love for the big orange ball. Good luck with your plays today.

TMP, you liking your deer today? Blazers are exceptional off back to backs. Should be a nice game. Let's see how Brandon Jennings can encore a triple double.

good luck Mak. Been following your plays for comparison and I love your write-ups. Loved the Spurs last night and love the 1st qtr tonight. I think the Heat are really going to put the screws to them early and coast.

I hope they can pull off the win tonight, but not sure. In order for them to win, Drew needs to step up to plate and contribute. He has been nothing but a fouling douchebag thus far. They always seem to struggle versus the blazers, so hopefully they are tired from the bulls game last night.
