If your trends and umpire point to Over on the SD/Color game, I have an alternative to playing over.....
To break 10.5 runs you need at least one team to get 6. Now SD has some of the worst hitting in the league; they've scored only 13 runs in 5 games. That includes 2 runs and 3 runs in the last two games (this weekend) in hitter-friendly Colorado. In the meantime, Colorado has scored 30 runs in 5 games, including the 5 runs and 6 runs in the last 2 games. They won their last 4 games, all by at least 3 runs, and have a better pitcher going than the bum Volquez who's going for SD.
All that being said, if you think its going to be a high scoring game, why not drop the Over and take Color -1.5 runs +140. If its going over it should be because of Color and that +140 really makes it sweet. JMHO....

Hi Knight. I took Clippers -4. Looked at your Mavs but I've got -4.5 and all the attention scares me....

you're not going to make it Pho. he (lance1981) is losing on his post on the other thread then come here to post it BIG. This is a warning sign. He will lose.

Can see liking the pick, but why waste the extra money on the hook? Really think its worth the extra money that it might fall exactly on the 3?
I was reading an extensive analysis here on covers that proved buying points was throwing away money; it doesn't come close to factoring into the bet often enough to justify the extra cost....

Doing well in baseball. Right now I have Red Sox, Ariz, and Under 4 1st 5 in Oak/Hou going. Also played Under 3.5 1st 5 StL/SF, and just talked myself into Colorado -1.5 +140....

Well, I think you missed one of my major points; SD hasn't been scoring! I can't see betting their TT over 4.5 when they haven't scored 5 runs in any game yet. Now Color over 5.5 looks good (at least according to my logic above), but if they score the 6 to cover that they will likely also cover -1.5, which is +140! And let's say Color only scores 5; that TT over loses while -1.5 can still win.
I could easily be wrong on this one, but at least you have my reasoning....
