I just loaded this hard as usual, the last 3 seasons i have placed 10.000$ on Heat to be NBA Champs.
First in the mavs season, i lost 10.000$
Then i placed 10.000$ on Heat to win the following year @ +250 and cashed!
Then i placed 10.000$ on Heat to win this year @ +250 and cashed as well, so im up 40.000$ on the underrated Miami Heat
There is only one reason as to why the line is always this high on Miami Heat, its because people are pounding money on Celtics and Lakers and all these big franchises coz fans cannot be objective in any ways, and thats the main reason as to why LBJ/Heat have so many haters. Im a Boston fan on my 19th season, but no way in hell im dumb enough to throw money down the drain by betting on them. Hopefully we will be relevant in 5 years and when LBJ will be gone, but untill then things are defo not looking bright. And when things does not look bright, u gotta make them look bright, and im doing this by pounding the Heat again.
The heat are currently @ +225 and im gonna throw 10 grand on them the next 3 seasons, if they win 1 of the next 3 seasons i will be up even more than i am right now (i will be up 2250$ if the line is the same as it is right now, but line will defo not go under +200 so atleast 2000$ is what im going to be up if they lose this)
Ok, Heat are obv. guaranteed to win in 1 of these 3 years, and that will make me up another 2250$ (as things look now) and if they win 2 out of these 3 years i will be up 33500$.
Lets say the Heat does not manage to win the Championship in the next 3 years (which is very unlikely as i see it) then i will lose 30.000$ but since im already up 40.000$ on them i will end up being up 10.000$ by betting the Heat the last 3 years. And im more than satisfied with that. If they win in 1 of 3 years its just amazing.
And i gotta give a big shout out and thanks to all Heat haters keeping the line much higher than it should be on Miami

Miami couldn't of been any luckier to win this season. Any decent team up 5 with 20 seconds wins 99% of the time in that situation. Can't believe how lucky heat were.

Next year should be tougher though, they had an easy trip to the east finals. Chicago will get rose back, Brooklyn got a little better, and Indy will be better if granger is healthy..

You talkin' bout luck? How "lucky" the HEAT got? Are you F ing kidding me?
That's the game. Its all a game. 4 quarters. Possession for possession. Win or Lose.
Don't put a play or a sequence of events over a few seconds under a microscope and then tell me how lucky they got. That's basketball. What they did is of historical significance. When their best player was turning the ball over, the next man had to step up. One had to grab a rebound, the other had to make a shot. That's why there are 5 guys on the floor wearing the same shirt. Its a team game and they won it as a team.
As for the bet, I'm also not a big futures guy. But heck, its worked for you so as long as your interests don't conflict with mine, I wish you the best of luck.

Pffft, don't even try and tell me they weren't lucky. SA completely blew it. The Heat will have a much tougher time this year in the East. I could see the Nets giving them a hell of a time. If Houston pulls off a big signing with Howard and Josh Smith in the West and Westbrook will back too. I honestly don't see Miami winning next year. If they would have lost it this year it would have been awesome to see them only win one championship in a lockout year vs a young team

Hey Kurylk go youtube Queen "We are the CHampions" and then do me a favor. Just STFU!!!!! The Heat wear the crown!!!!
Spurs got lucky too. Had Blake Griffin not got hurt, the Clippers would have advanced. Perhaps beating the Spurs. Had Westbrook not got hurt, the Thunder would have advanced and perhaps beat the Spurs. Had Steph Curry not got hurt, the Warriors were holding their own vs. the Spurs. They may have advanced.
Your theory is foolish. Everyone needs a little lucky. But at the biggest level, the HEAT proved victorious!!! WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS!!!!
