Miami Heat @ Los Angeles Clippers
Since the big three joined forces in Miami, there worst record in any stadium has been in LA against the Clippers. They are 0-3 SU and 0-3 ATS against them since. Two of those losses were with Chris Paul on the floor, but one of them wasn't as the Clippers won SU as +7.5 point underdogs. That's not the biggest angle to look at in this game though, that goes to Doc Rivers. Doc's biggest nemesis is the Heat as they have came in the way of the Celtics advancing in the playoffs several times over the past few years. Doc knows exactly how to play the Heat, and now he has younger, more athletic talent to do so. The Heat's last 7 road games have resulted in 4 losses to the Knicks, Nets, Wizards and Hawks, and 3 wins against the Knicks (revenge game), Bobcats, and 76ers. Far from impressive if you ask me. The Clippers lost by 5 in Miami earlier this year; however, it was only the 14th coached game for Rivers with his new team. With a half season now under their belt, this is a statement game for the Clips. Rivers is an exceptional coach and he'll get his players to play hard against his most hated team, especially off a loss as he's done all season long.
Clippers are 13-3 ATS off a loss this season and 12-0 SU off a loss with 1 days rest.
