Its hypocritical and Im Asian. In a league that has slogans like “equality” on your jersey, this was definitely not a good look. A racist remark is a racist remark, period.

I saw it live. And they did speak of it but not in the same amount or tone as they should have.

White boy isn't an insult... it's the double standard, which is the insult...
You don't judge people by their color, nor back ground.... you judge them by their character. Montrezl just gave you a snap shot of his character.
The race card is laced with excuses... zero empathy for excuses. Look yourself in the mirror, hold yourself accountable, and work your tail off....suddenly the only color that will matter in life is green.
Any apology is bogus, and unnecessary. Thom Brennaman's career is over... we will all watch Harrell play for years to come.

Bitc h azz white boy.
Pretty amusing anyone trying to pretend this wouldn’t be an absolute national story if roles reversed.
Would anyone saying that to me bother me? Not at all. Thing is I don’t get offended by every little thing.
There would be protests in the street if any player non black said bitc h azz black boy. It is obviously meant to be pejorative.
Also Thommy should probably be fired. I personally would say maybe suspension and let him take some sort of sensitively training, hopefully he learns. But I think that is unlikely because if you hear the distain and hatred in his voice when he says it you know that is who he is.
We should stop eating bananas.

Everyone is "racist" it is part of being a human. Chinese are outwardly racist towards anybody that isn't Chinese. Like there was a Wanda mall down the road from were I lived and they had Angolan students dressed with tiger skin outfits, the girls had really tight revealing skimpy bikinis the boys just tight loincloths, faces were painted like Native American war paint with spears and Zulu shields. They would dance around to drums and bongos and yell and chant nonsense. I took video with my phone and sent it back to others in USA they couldn't believe it. Those students danced in front of the Wanda in like 90 to 95 degree heat with crazy humidity. I don't speak Portuguese and my Spanish isn't nearly good enough to be able to connect it to Portuguese. But one of the girls spent time going to high school in the USA and she was watching her fellow Angolan students do this for money. I asked her why the students would agree to this since most of the Angolans at the Chinese university were wealthy offspring government officials from Angola. She told me all the dancers were the scholarship students not from wealthy families and 800 RMB a day was a lot for them. The racism between the different Africans was pretty intense but the worst I saw was between Caribbean countries jeez. They are brutal to each other. There is such a hierarchy to which island you come from. Cuba was #1 Haiti was at the bottom. Americans have really strange views that it is a black or white issue it is a world issue and it is never going away. Light skinned Asians, all of them and Light Skinned Africans talk down to the darker skinned people that are the same race and country. This dynamic has been around since before the USA was even a colony let alone a country. Don't get me started on Eastern Europe. The USA is one of the most tolerant countries in regards to race in the entire world. As far a Luka, it is what it is but all this BLM has been overdone to a point I don't even notice it anymore. China does run the NBA more NBA fans there then the entire population of the USA. In time Chinese Billionaires will own about 10 NBA teams. Just treat everyone the way you want to be treated, not special treatment just equally.
