MY PLAY FOR THURSDAY..................

Another great night....I don't keep records, but I think I'm like 9-3 last three nights, of course, some of those were very small plays.  I want to take this time to say one thing to people who wager large amounts.  ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN.  Don't bet what you can't lose.  Second, NEVER play parlays.  Only for shi ts and giggles...If you play parlays, the house has already won.  Third, please keep positive.  So many people call games in the third quarter.  The NBA is designed for the other team to come back.  There are over 18 timeouts in an nba game.  This allows teams to reset, kill rythm, and come out strong.  People are asking me if I bet college, I don't watch college any sport.  I think it's a waste of time.  If i want to watch kids play, I can just hit up the bball courts out here.  To me, there is no substitute for professional sports. 

Let me begin by saying this.  I DO NOT HAVE A BIG PLAY ON THURSDAY.

I do, however, have this wager already placed.  Normally, I wait for refs, but since it's not a huge amount of money, I went ahead and bet it.

I don't like OKC game, I don't like the injuries, I don't like laying points on the road, especially on TNT.

I don't like Denver, I don't like Clippers.  Now, if two good teams play each other, and the line is 3 or 4, that tells me anything can happen.  I don't have a feel for this game, but I want to watch it.  I DO think this game is going waaaaay over.  I think the only thing that stops it is the assigned refs, BUT, since the total is 212, and not 206 or 207, this shows me that this game is going over.  Plus, when you have a total over 210, you need one important thing to happen.  You need both teams to hit 100.  Can both teams hit 100? YOU BET YOUR AS S

 

CLIPPERS/NUGGETS OVER 212.5 -110

 

Please note, my big plays are on Friday.  This is like a medium play for me, I WILL NEVER bet huge on a total again, after the Jazz fix last week.  So, I just want to enjoy this game.  Please don't ask me for other picks.

Friday, however, we are going to go on a great hunt....Good luck and keep positive.

You don't like OKC in this matchup?  I hate calling anything a lock but OKC -6 (line went up easily) seems a no brainer.  NY did not put on a pretty show in Detroit, their playing b2b, and even with Anthony possibly playing they will not be able to keep up with OKC.  Durant will widen that leading scorer gap.  Westbrook is looking exceedingly motivated.  Their defense has gelled these last few games.  I can't get a feel on that total yet.

On that other game, hmmm...it is tougher to call.  The Bucks weren't a problem for the Clippers but any team playing b2b in Denver has to adjust.  Denver is rested and confident.  Should be a very good game.  I like LAC +4 at the moment.  Wonder if there will be much movement in the next few hours.  I think the over looks good now and expect that to go up.

Records are for irs agents lolol, i'm going with okc tomorrow if the spread isn't too ridiculous and I'm liking the denver over

What if NYK shuts them down at the half court and messes up the Tempo? I like their matchup's at every single position. Role makes NYK dangerous and the true #2 team in the east is their depth. Felton and Kidd and slow down (not shut down) Westbrook, and both are dangerous from the trey arc, and assist snipers. 

Anthony is the 2nd leading scorer behind Durant. There goes that edge. They each should set it off tonight, but I wont be surprised to see defense win this game for either side. 

Down low I like Chandler with Stoudemire chiming over all of OKC's big men. And J.R. Smith is the answer Martin as for X factor points. Not gonna be a smashing IMO, but I'm going Under if I go at all today. 

What about Novak and Prigioni? Those guys are sneaky and I dont think OKC can really match them with anyone on their bench. OKC looks like the better team on paper, the juicer morsel. NYK is the sharp play though.

novak shooting better of late.  i got okc yesterday @ -4.5   but history says okcs doen'st fair well in new york.  if westbrook has a brick show and felton keeps playing as well as he has of late (to my surprise), new york could hang tough.  line is too hight at 7.5 or eight.

What does what the knicks did last night have anything to do with tonight? heat looked like crap blowing a huge lead to the magic does that mean their gonna struggle against philly tomorrow?  please with idiocy already

I like Melo-less Knicks. More shots for Smith, Felton, Stoudemire and others. Melo is the main reason why the Knicks have been losing lately. He's a happy-trigger player, shooting a lot and only passing if he's in trouble which leads to turnovers.

The total is now up to 215.0, I'm very happy that I played it at that number last night.  I feel like I got a bargain.  I would still play this though.  I capped it at 217 to 221.
