Portland scores with 15 seconds to make it a 5 point margin and concedes, which was great for under bettors and Portland ats backers. 

There was a game earlier this year Portland at Boston,  they were down 8 with 6 seconds to plat and foul to lose by 10.  Of course we all know this is happenstance
